Even though I'm Silesian myself, It's tricky to represent a real culture in a fictional universe, and I only get a few opportunities like these, as the plot and intent of Polsterreich is something else entirely ^^; And what better way to showcase a culture than food?

Food present in the pages: meat rolls (Rolady/Rouladen), potato dumplings (Kluski/Klöße), poppyseed cake (Makowiec/Mohnstrudel) and a basic layer cake from seasonal fruit (Tort/Torte)
