Just thinking about Mercedes Von Martritz today. She's a great character, and I especially love that her trauma happened and she's seen how absolutely horrible the world can be but she still chooses, in what's probably an active choice, to see the good in the people around her, despite the fact that after everything she'd be totally justified to not. And, the fact that she loves her brother so much that she genuinely doesn't care that he could accidentally kill her, she just wants to be around him anyways, is lovely. And all of her friendships and support conversations are lovely. I love her
