So many blogs are back online, I never thought we'd all be having a mini reunion for this reason, when we were first on tumblr it all seemed so innocent and fun, and now life's a lot more serious for all of us, worrying about work and paying rent etc, it's nice to remember a simpler time when we would get so excited about 1D and Harry, I just wish it were in better circumstances!

It’s still so surreal for me. I feel like I’ll always be waiting for One Direction to come back. But I know they never really can. Not in the way we remember. But I’m so so thankful that I can look back so fondly on every memory made with everyone here and every conversation had and every word written in fanfic. ❤️

i hope you know you created such an amazing community here where we could all chat about our lives and share stories and laugh together, and most importantly, it was completely non judgmental. there are so many toxic corners of the internet and this was always such a supportive space. i didnt have people in my real life to chat to and would always look forward to logging on and spending evenings here. i know lifes moved on for a lot of people now but i just wanted to say thank you for this space

I feel/felt the exact same way, this place really did give me so much when I needed it the most which I’m sure most of us can relate to. Life really does move on and quickly but I’ll always remember the magic of this space. Thank you so much for being here.

omg hiiii how are you? i hope youre coping okay, what a strange week for the fandom none of this feels real, how are you holding up??

It’s so surreal. I assume we’ve all gotten so many messages from past and present friends or family who’ve always known us as 1D fans. I find myself repeating how important they were, how much they changed my life and countless others, and how they really did save me from so many dark times.

I still can’t comprehend the loss, the magnitude, and its complexity. But I know that if it’s up to this fandom, he’ll never be forgotten and I find peace in that. ❤️‍🩹
