The roots of social media stretch far deeper than you might imagine. Although it seems like a new trend, sites like Facebook are the natural outcome of many centuries of social media development. Social networks are now so well established, that there is a core top five social networks that don’t change much from year to year. But, as we’ll see in this post, the most popular social media sites vary a lot by level of usage in different countries and demographics. Social media refers to the means of interactions among people in which they create, share, and/or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks. Social media has become an important communication medium and whether we like it or not, social media is here to stay. The Office of Communications and Marketing manages the main Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Vimeo accounts.

Social media plays an important role in every student’s life. It is easier and convenient to access information, provide information and communicate via social media. Teachers and students are connected to each other and can make good use of these platforms for the working of their education.

Everyone feels down at times. We sometimes see darkness in our sight. The breakup of a relationship, a bad grade, insecurities within ourselves can lead to low mood. Sometimes sadness comes on for no apparent reason. We just feel it and our world just turn down in a glance. Shifting moods and depression are both different things and that should be seriously face off by individuals.

Moreover, depression should be known as an overwhelming feeling of sadness and isolation that affects how individuals thinks, feels and functions as a person. Everyone have the guarantee with this condition and it has no exemption. This condition may significantly blur someone's vision to darkness that may prompt thoughts of suicidal. Depression isn't the same as sadness, loneliness or grief caused by a challenging life experience. It is more than that feelings that's why awareness and taking effective actions is a must.

Lastly, a life without a problem is merely an object without a solution. One should not end his/her life because of the unending hurdles that comes on our life. We are more than the filthy riches of this world. We should be contented with our essence.Suicude will never be a solution to depression that results opression. We should value our existence and trust the good fight if faith.

We all know that drugs is a medicine for specific diseases but too much for that is a danger that you will take. It may cause addiction that can destroy your own life and not just you but to other people. It will have a negative effects in your life and you will have to take the consequences of your choices.

Drug addiction can cause many problems in your life. First, you will bring your health in danger because too much drugs can affect your health and you will be vulnerable to other diseases. Second, you maybe caught, killed or kill someone because of drugs. Selling or using drugs maybe an escape of reality but not, it will just destroy your own future. In addition, addiction to drugs is very hard to cure and its very expensive. Maybe others will think selling drugs is a good business, yes it is good you can earn millions but you will destroy others future. It is a very selfish work you're just thinking of your own good.

Always think twice or thrice before doing your actions, maybe it will lead you to danger. Using or selling drugs is not the solution of your problems, there are many ways in solving it and you need to figure it out. Drugs is not an escape for reality, it will destroy your future.

Depression is a very rampant issue in today’s generation.  Most people who are affected in this issue are the students who are pressured by activities and people who are heart-broken. Depression is one of the reasons why death rates are inflating. Some depressed people say that they want to escape reality that’s why they would think suicidal thoughts. Most of them might feel helpless and think that suicide is the only key to escape the pain they are feeling.

 Depression could really change a person’s life in just a single moment. We should not let someone feel that they aren’t enough because it might be that we are the one who could push or pull someone who are close to danger. Some of us would say that they are just being over-acting but the truth is we don’t know how they feel.

I would take this opportunity to address this issue because this issue should be heard and should not be ignored. We should help people who have suicidal thoughts. People who are depressed cannot simply “pull themselves together” and be cured. Don’t underestimate the seriousness of depression. Depression drains a person’s energy, optimism, and motivation. Your depressed loved one can’t just “snap out of it” by sheer force of will.
