I’m honestly so touched by my students right now! They know how much I advocate for the SDGs, and even though they sometimes tease me kapag nasesegway ko 'yun during class, seeing them start to advocate for these goals themselves makes everything worth it. To top it off, they even surprised me with a little gift. My heart is so full!

Parang lately, may hinahanap talaga akong kasama. ‘Yung tipong hindi kailangan maging sobrang special, pero magiging “my person” sa mga simpleng araw. Gusto ko lang ng someone na game kahit saan: biglaang gala, late-night walks, tambay sa café, o kahit mag-volleyball lang hanggang mapagod.

Sabay kaming naghahanap ng bagong café na hindi pa namin nata-try. We sit down, take silly pics, share kwento about the week, tapos may mga moment na tahimik lang pero hindi boring. 'Yung silence na comfortable, na kahit walang sinasabi, parang ang gaan ng mundo.

Someone na kahit simple ang araw, nagiging something warm to remember. And maybe one day, I’ll find the person who feels like home even in the simplest moments.
