ââLetâs stay together⊠ForeverâŠââ
I do not know English, I translate with the help of Google.  It is difficult for me to formulate my feelings from the end, but can I say that I feel ⊠deceived? Unsatisfied? I am glad that we were shown the gift of Bum, as well as the fact that he remembered the words Sangwoo. But it is unimaginably sad for me that Koogi decided that the âopen endâ is what this story needs. Donât get me wrong, Iâm sure that Bum was hit by a car (for others there is a fantasy that is not), but how it is delivered makes me feel dissatisfied, as if I havenât been told the whole story. We were not shown the face of Sangwoo, especially in that ill-fated photograph that Koogi and Bum so often recalled. We were not shown the story from the point of view of Sangwoo, he was left with the knowledge that Bum had betrayed him and all the people close to him had hated him all his life. The last chapter was so unimaginably large, but there was so unimaginably little real information in it ⊠Bum ran out on the road, pursuing a hallucination with Sangwoo. If he were to live, his life would never be happy, in this chapter we were clearly given to understand, he is simply not adapted to life without Sangwoo. In all senses. A huge burden of regret now lies on him, regret and guilt. Iâm sorry that Bum went after the âghostâ of Sangwoo, whose face we were not shown, and this is all beautiful, the chapter is full of metaphors (the girl with whom he goes in Bum hallucinations - the one from the first chapter), Sangwoo was killed by a pillow as when in childhood he tried to kill his mother in this way, and I knew that no one would be happy in this story. But I hoped that they would die together, and if not together, then at least by their own will, and not by fatal coincidence of circumstances. There are too many accidents in this story.
I put up with the end, but I will never be satisfied with it. I am just infinitely sad.
I hope Bum will go to jail as he deserves (ch. 66)
He did not save Sangwoo from the flames, as many have mistakenly thought. Well, gentlemen, Bum has been overrated and made a victim, but I repeat, he is not: he is a killer stalker, unjustifiable. He told lies, omitted the truth and dumped all the blame on what he called âhusbandâ. For the umpteenth time Sangwoo has been betrayed by that man he relied on. I knew it would happen. Wow Bum, congratulations on cowardice, now youâre fucking free, even if you could have left that house when you wanted because nobody held you back. :ââ)) You cry the crocodile tears you want, you have a dirty conscience.
be safeâŠ.đ„đą
The new paper chapter has been released! đ
KoogiâŠannouncement..?
Maybe she just meant that this last chapter wasnât the *last* chapter. I donât want to get my hopes upâŠ
like a fallen angelâŠ
Yes, PLEASEđđđđđđđâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Koogi wrote, if I understood her correctly, what is another chapter that she will release after the break? This means that with even greater probability Sangwoo died in this clichĂ© meaningless in history, and the last chapter will be an afterword, that is, another clichĂ© ⊠Does this mean that Koogi really decided to forget about everything that went the characters and their interactions, so that Sangwoo dies that way, and Bum remains an indifferent observer who doesnât have any influence at the end and that he wasnât at all. I do not want to get upset and disappointed in advance, but. If we are only waiting for the end in the style âafter some timeâ, then I will be broken. Not to mention the fact that no answers were given to a couple of questions, someone even made a separate post about it (although itâs not important about the body of the uncle, for example, if the house burns down along with them and many pieces of evidence). But about the body of Sangwooâs mother - yes (they gave a hint where it was, but I would like much more, even Bum did not know anything about Sangwooâs past, he is a traitor in his eyes). Much remains untold. I seemed to read this story for two years in vain, because such an end could happen in the first season.  UPD:  However, if to take into account that it divides the end into âtwo partsâ, then the âsecond partâ, as a rule, should contain an âunexpected turnâ and a more significant part for the final. In particular, some of her answers, in the style of âthis is not the endâ leave hope that what is shown after the break will change what is happening in 65, and the end will really differ in the direction of greater originality, that is, to take into account the dynamics of the relationship of characters and the development of these characters . Moreover, answers to many questions of interest were not given, some conflicts were not resolved. We look forward to and believe. I do not know English, I translate with the help of Google. Â

Stay Calm
I think many of you are misunderstanding Koogiâs message.
This is what I got from her message:
She seems to be saying that this is a two-part ending, with longer than usual chapters.
She didnât want a hiatus between part one and part two of the ending, but there will probably be a delay between them - both because of the holiday and because she âcanât do it by [herself]â because it needs to be translated too before being released. The âcancellation because of the holidayâ means temporary hiatus! Weâll probably get the next chapter after the holiday.
She feels a sense of urgency for part two to come out. Probably because, like any two-part ending, the first part almost always leaves off with a very cliffhanger-y âTo Be Continuedâ while the second part has a lot of significant drama and usually has a surprise twist. She probably knows all about the extreme reactions to Sangwooâs possible death. But itâs not over until itâs over! If youâve ever watched a TV show where they have a two-part finale, you donât want to only watch the first part! You need the second part to know how it really ended. A LOT CAN CHANGE IN PART TWO! Thatâs why Koogi is anxious for us to see the second part.
Please show Koogi some patience and support. Her whole series has been leading up to this and now itâs been pre-empted by a holiday.
I havenât been on Twitter in a while, but I hope none of you have been sending hate. Also, please donât use this as an opportunity to hate on each other here.
I hope soâ€ïžđđđ»
I too am just feeling sad but, meh, what else could happen? I just thought of other different options than this, I adore koogi maybe she'll do something unexpected but this is just rubbing me weird (it's hard to phrase my feelings properly in writing so I hope this doesnt sound strange)
I am right there with you with the sadness! Things are looking bleak! And to have this potential ending ârub you weirdâ or ârub the wrong wayâ (or cause feelings of discomfort and uneasiness) is not unusual! I address this also in my response to the previous ask. Many people would feel unsatisfied with this ending because it would mean an unexplained shift in genre, which boggles the mind and fails to deliver on the premise.
But this may not be the real ending! Koogi may simply be building dramatic tension. You know - where the main characters go, âOh no! Weâre not gonna make it!â And then they do. They survive/overcome/solve the problem. The tension and conflict is what gives the story those stakes that get the audience emotionally invested in the ending.
Okay, letâs break this down.
Storytelling portrays exposition, rising action, the climax, falling action, and the resolution. The protagonist is the one with the journey, moving the story along as a central driving force. Sangwoo and Bum are the clear protagonists of the story (protagonists are not always good guys). And the antagonist is the character that causes conflict for the protagonist, which could arguably be either Seungbae or Eunseo or both. Now, hereâs the thing. In storytelling, the protagonist usually undergoes some kind of internal change or metamorphosis as a result of the conflict that the antagonist created, which plays into the climax and the resolution of their journey. Who seems the most ripe for internal change due to internal conflict? Sangwoo, thatâs who! Remember when he saw the butterfly? Butterflies tend to have strong symbolism in storytelling, foreshadowing a metamorphosis - a character evolving or changing in some significant way. He notices the butterfly in ch 34 while heâs trapped in the police van - an event that was referred to again just recently in 62, only most people (especially Seungbae) focused on the sound of laughter and ignored the âsobâ and multiple âgaspsâ that were right there alongside it that indicate he was actually sobbing. Itâs funny in a sad way how so many people fail to notice how Sangwoo tends to laugh when he cries. Especially when heâs crying in a loud sobbing way. Heâs been struggling with the effects his motherâs abuse has had on him and, honestly, heâs the only character that shows the most potential to undergo internal metamorphosis. Personally, I feel that ch 65 was not the climax. I believe that Sangwoo will be forced to confront his trust issues, his fear, and his violence, and find a way to overcome the influence of his parents.
Why else did Koogi put such emphasis on these elements in the story? All of it is important in building to the climax of the story.
This post is extremely important. I couldnât help but lose all hope after reading chapter 65. In my mind, Sangwoo ending like that just doesnât make any sense. Koogi is an amazing writer and it would be such a waste for him to die off like this. This is just painful but there must be more. My brain canât wrap around what just happened but I appreciate this post for helping keep my mind settled.
I love this post! Thank you đđ»
