gojo suffers from ADHD that is actually made worse by the fact that he has hypersensitive senses (think of a speaker turned up to its max volume) that not only include the five senses but cursed energy as well. this makes it extremely hard for him to focus on one thing and pestering and “interacting” with people is a way for him to cope with how nauseatingly overwhelming it is to constantly be flooded with too much sensory information of every minute and every day.
