What exactly is love?

Is it how just being around you can naturally make me smile? 

Or the fact that I remembered the exact number of days since I last saw you? Yeah its been a while,

Mean, petty and callous I was as if you were just the meat to my serrated knife, 

but yet, even now if I sneezed you’d bless me as if I’m not already blessed to have you back in my life,

Is love the way you countlessly and unconditionally sacrifice your heart? 

Is it how you found your back to me even though we’re worlds apart?

Is it waking up to simple messages from you that put me on cloud nine for the entire day? 

Is it how our brief encounters face to face make me never want to walk away,

Love, 

L-O-V-E love, 

Lionhearted, Omnificent, Vibrant, Eccentric woman U R, 

Love U R, 

Sweet love-ur of mine you are,

When I’m in your presence, overwhelming senses of anxiety, joy and nervousness engulf me and bring me so I high I can’t bare the thought of the fall, 

I often can’t tell if I’m going to laugh, cry, throw up or have a heart attack from the shear pressure of it all,

Does the combination of all these feelings create what we call “love”? 

If this is the case then you are the embodiment of which we all seek to attain and sustain one day, 

So to the question “what exactly is love?” it seems that I have found the answer, 

Love is…….You
