Happy birthday to Sean Penn, Robert De Niro, and Davy Crockett! ☺ You know, that's a trio that should be painted on a billboard somewhere. I can definitely picture it. And I can picture it lit up 24/7 with something like this wall-washer floodlight (solar powered, because my electric bill is already high enough): https://bit.ly/3YLsMaM
Do I have $300 to spend right this second? Well… no I don't. But! - aha! - do I have three friends or relatives with small businesses, backyards, front lawns, commercial property interests of any kind? Now THAT I do have! So check it: if you're buying 4 or more, these babies drop down to $132.50. Yes, really. If I wanted to shed some light (har) on my own local business, I'd spend the $500, get 4 and spotlight my outside wall with the mural, my storefront, the billboard with my logo, and maybe the other side of the building just for kicks. That's like professional-grade advertising for half a G. PERIOD. No ongoing costs of any kind, no kidden fees at any time. I love it.
For now though, I'm gonna get my sisters and my cousin to Zelle me and then order our 4 lights. Want to do the same? Here's the link: https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100119/solar-wall-washer-commercial-advertising-light-wholesale
If you're only buying one, here's the link for retail pricing: https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100118/solar-wall-washer-commercial-advertising-light

The regular price on these solar streetlights is well over $400, but if you get 4 or more, they're a hundred bucks each!! I mean, if you have 3 friends who're interested, or if you have several locations you want to illuminate, you can literally get the most AMAZING deal ever!! This has to be too good to last - don't overthink it, THIS IS SUCH A BARGAIN!! Check it out: https://bit.ly/3pSPr88

Not only are we in the middle of Honor America Days (the 21 days between Flag Day and Independence Day), but today ALSO happens to be the UN's Public Service Day. We all rely on various public services in our day to day lives, obviously, but as usual, the group that most often seems called upon to pay the highest price for that service are military civil servants (of which the Marines alone lists almost 600 different types)!
There are lots of ways to show our thanks and give back to the heroes who defend us, our families, and our homes. It's a nice touch to display a symbolic tribute like the EGA: the Eagle, Globe and Anchor immediately recognizable to any Marine (see pic for explanation!).
You can find it on a T-shirt or a bumper sticker, sure, but here's a much classier option: a gold finial to decorate the top of your flagpole. It's pretty big, it's painted by hand (check out the close-ups on the website - the level of detail is seriously amazing), and it is ofc made in America! You can get it for $69 right here: bit.ly/3XDhjJT
Semper Fi!
Take Back The Night (Advertising)! If you run a business, you definitely know how valuable your advertising space is, and anything that increases exposure is pretty much worth its weight in gold. Enter the Commercial Solar Billboard Light, which is only $132.50 if you're purchasing on behalf of a business - you won't find a better price anywhere, and with the variety of preset timer options, you can maximize the amount of time that your billboard, mural, window display, or what-have-you is illuminated for the benefit of nighttime passersby. Don't waste all those hours between dusk and dawn when you could be promoting your business with super bright, targeted illumination at zero added cost to your electric bill. Every single person who walks, cycles, or drives past your storefront or chosen advertising spot after dark will see - lit up brilliantly against the backdrop of night - YOUR name, YOUR logo, YOUR message! Get your own commercial solar billboard light right here for $132.50 wholesale: https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100063/commercial-solar-billboard-light-single-sided-wholesale #itecinc #polepalusa #solarlighting #commerciallighting

So I dropped the ball the other day - I'm sorry!! I really wanted to acknowledge World Pet Memorial Day when it happened (on Tuesday). Well, I guess better late than never. Here's a really sweet article from The Dodo (source: https://www.thedodo.com/dodowell/loss-of-a-dog-quotes), and also there's another article that's well worth your time, I promise (it's short!), which I put here for you: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FP24hFB8Fe8TOXoPWLRkG2nWE5Chz-SX/view?usp=drive_link (The original source is Eagles Landing Animal Hospital: https://eagleslandinganimalhospital.com/news/remembering-our-best-friends-june-13th-is-world-pet-memorial-day)
Make sure you also take care of the pets still in your life! Keep up on vet visits, and have them shampooed and blow-dried before fancy occasions (okay, that's not a requirement at all, but most dogs love it and it is freakin' ADORABLE)! And don't forget to show your furry friends' groomers some love… how about with a thank-you card and an eye-catching display banner to up their curb appeal? https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100156/pet-grooming-3x5-flag
And finally, if it's as gloomy and rainy where you live as it is where I live, keep your kids from going stir-crazy while they're stuck indoors with some fun craft projects! Maybe print out this cool graphic I made, cut out the cute little clip-art thingies, and put them on self-adhesive magnetic sheets to create fridge magnets. Or paste them onto card stock and make bookmarks, or even greeting cards or gift tags or something like that! Ooh, or laminate with clear tape, punch a hole, add a ribbon and ta-da, you've got ornaments! The possibilities are pretty much endless :)
Have fun! <3
So today is National Automotive Service Professionals Day, which I did not even know was a thing, but am now particularly happy to acknowledge (because guess where I am when I write youthese missives? …I'm at an automotive service facility)! I borrowed a few words of wisdom from a car dealer I found named Rod Hodgson (see below). Oh, and one other thing - this crappy weather (combined with the terrible air quality caused by the Canadian wildfires) has really got me thinking about hazardous conditions and the people who help us get out of them in one piece. So advocate for your local fire department, please - volunteer if you can! - and plan for the Fourth but remember to plan safely. Check these guys out and have a great day! :) https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/cat-100011/Flags?form_name=catalog_product_search&form_event=submit&clear_search=1&q=fourth+fire&search_type=PRODUCT&search=Search
In honor of World Oceans Day, I'm using their official background template for my post today! It's been a busy week, but remember to always make time for what matters, no matter HOW hectic things get in your life! I've probably said this before but… tomorrow isn't promised, so enjoy today (y'know, "it's a gift, that's why they call it the PRESENT", har har!) and show the world what you love and what you stand for.
Because I'm a devout patriot, I gotta push 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 celebratory banner (it's only $30, though. At least I ike cheap stuff!)… Independence Day will be here before you know it, so hurry and snap this up right h͟e͟r͟e͟: https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100143/happy-fourth-of-july-flag
Memorial Day is on Monday, but there's a related "holiday" today, and it caught my attention bc it has a cool name. It's called Death Busters Day (maybe that shoulda been "Deathbusters"?). Kinda broad in scope, but generally its purpose seems aligned with Memorial Day. Here's a description I found at https://gstadmissionacbd.org/national-death-busters-day/ (see pic).
So while we're talking about it, here's a handful of ways you can contribute. C'mon, show your gratitude - all the cool kids are doing it! (And if YOU'RE a veteran, [1] you're awesome, and [2] make sure you grab an ornament while they're half off - it's a pretty decent way to spend $9!) https://rb.gy/eqk7u
National Death Busters Day is a day of remembrance for the victims of gun violence and an opportunity to call for gun safety legislation. Es
Today's Fun Fact PLUS Word Of TheDay (except I don't do either one every day. Actually, this is the first time): the group of spikes on a stegosaurus's tail is called a thagomizer (it sounds like a joke bc at first it WAS a joke, but then legit science ppl began to use it!).
Bonus cool related facts: ✰ the way you'd say something was "like a stegosaurus" would be with the adjective "stegosaurine" ✰ stegosaurus could grow to 30 feet long and 14 feet tall ✰ a similar dinosaur called an Ankylosaur had a "tail club" (see NOTE, bottom) ✰ the T-Rex lived closer in time to us humans than to the Stegosaurus
Anyway, today's dinosaur trivia has nothing at all to do with these lights, which I just thought were pretty badass: The regular version (here) https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100113/solar-flagpole-top-light-7th-generation#.ZG0luqXMKM8 and then the even-more-badass version with a double row of lights (here): https://www.polepalsolarlightingsystem.com/catalog/p-100077/double-row-solar-flagpole-top-light-32led#.ZG0TZKXMKM8
…because it's warm and spring-y today, but also kind of gloomy, and an automatic light just perks up your flag and your whole yard, plus you don't have to worry about it (because it's automatic… lol).
NOTE: at first I thought that meant a group of dinosaurs with cool tails, but it's actually just a lump of bone at the tip of the tail
We're midway through this year's National Police Week. Forget how disgruntled you are about that speeding ticket (I feel ya…), and remember that most of those guys (I mean girls too!) do their best every day to keep us safe - and a lot of them suffer for it. Show your respect with a proud symbol like this one: a 3-by-5-foot, durable vinyl Thin Blue Line flag, made in (and shipped quickly from!) the USA. Get it right here for thirty bucks. https://bit.ly/41MmveG
