Candice had gone out by herself tonight, wanting to have a few drinks before maybe going clubbing, she hadn’t quite made her mind up yet, when she noticed a particular male walk into the bar. “Hey…Dylan right? Want to join me for a drink?”
Dylan could recognize the bouncy blonde hair from a mile away. With a smile on his face, the boy entered the bar, slipping his ID back into his pocket. “The one and only. Yeah, of course.” He instantly sat down at the bar beside her and turned towards the bartender. “I’ll take a Corona to start, my man.” After the bartender gave him a nod, Dylan turned back towards the girl. “So, what bring you out here all alone?”
“Yeah.. I sort of just see how things go. Don’t look at the years, I just look at the company. There have been times her and I didn’t hang out with her and we were together. But hey not mister, you and I are together now. We don’t have to talk about hers and my old relationship.”
“I try not to dwell on the past, but clearly that’s a big part of your life and I just want to make sure you’re not stuck on that, you know? Because I’m really into you and I want this to work. You’re right. It’s you and me now and that’s what matters.”

Oh, it is stupid. I understand that very well and I even said myself that it will never be a good idea. The fact that you think I am clueless is really rich coming from you.
Don’t get in over your head, clueless is way too much of a compliment. That’s a real interesting attitude you’ve got.
“Right.. Lana is really cool about it though. She wishes for my happiness which makes me happy and her and I are being friends once again. They did huh? Well good for them! Made you make a good decision.”
“Not even that, but how am I supposed to live up to a three year relationship? I’m glad she’s cool with it, or that she told that she was, I guess, but she definitely doesn’t like me. I get a vibe from that one. All I want is you to be happy, so I suppose her and I have that in common. Oh, absolutely.”

“Being honest, I was a little hesitant, with the whole Lana thing, but I had some friends hype me up for it.”
My sister wants me to have a kid because she needs a niece or nephew to spoil. I told her that is not happening anytime soon. I feel like I would be the mother who has no fucking clue on what to do.
Well, that seems like a stupid reason to have a kid, don’t you think? Yeah, you come across as that type. Why be a mother who has no clue what’s going on when you can be a young adult woman who has no clue what’s going on?
