I know. Every time I go into Cerebro, I can feel and see what all mutants are going through. I try to help as many as I can, send out the teams to who needs them the most, but it’s never enough. I’m sorry for that.

what constitutes needing them the most? like ive met people who needed safe places more than me kids that have their mutation used for gang wars kids that are stuck doing dangerous things with it to survive 

i get theres only so much that can be done but it feels more like (and this is shared with a lot of people out there) that it seems like youre (being you and your others) more trying to make humans feel comfortable than actually dealing with mutant issues

The ones that are being tortured and experimented on, for one. Any place that is holding large numbers of mutants captive. 

I have been accused of that before yes, and in the past, that was true. But now I am very much so more focused on the safety and continued well being of any and all mutants above keeping humans comfortable. Magnus and I’s ideals have be reconciled on that front-- we understand each other and the lengths that must be taken to help our people. That’s why both the X-Men and the Brotherhood work together now, instead of functioning against each other.

Magnus doesn’t really like public displays of affection, but I can occasionally get him to hold my hand in view of people who aren’t our family, so that’s something.
