A large custom world for The Sims 3!

This has been a huge passion project of mine for a few years now, and I’m so excited to finally be able to share it with you. I hope you have as much fun with it as I do!
The world comes fully populated with residential lots, community lots, houseboats and even diving lots to explore. All spawners are located throughout the world as well. There are 24 families in this world, some of which are inspired by some of my favourite TV show and movie characters like Twilight, The Vampire Diaries, Shadow Hunters, Charmed and more! There is a mixture of families, single Sims and Supernaturals!
What's in the download folder:
In the download folder you’ll find the main World file, two versions of a master Save file, and a couple of Reference Pages too. These reference pages explain the full installation guide if you need it, and also explains the difference between the two Master Save Files (one with some CC, and one completely CC free) that are included with your download.
