#tbt when I was on prep for my December meet. This was 460lb at 168ish pounds. Last year my whole life revoled around powerlifting and that left no time for stuff. This year my plan is to actually explore other activities and build. Like go out explore different things besides gym stuff like concerts or art and people and stuff like that. And actually I actually would love to try weightlifting or run a marathon or even build my physique. Look good (better lol) naked you know haha. But powerlifting gave me so much but doing a ton of meets messed me up physically and mostly mentally. I had no drive in the beginning of the year but I have set different goals this time.
