Sirius Black was the best adult in Harry's life and I'm forever salty that we didn't get to see more of him
So, I love Sirius Black. He's a complex and interesting character that I love dearly. He's handsome, smart, brave, not as reckless as some fanon make him out to be, and above all else, he tried his best to be a good godfather to Harry.
I truly believe Sirius could've been an amazing father figure (more than he already was) to Harry if given the proper chance. And he's a much better parent to Harry than Arthur and Molly Weasley.
Here are some quotes along with my ramblings to prove it.

I dont know anything about blind channel but im nosy. Whats going on.
right so Joel who was one of the two lead singers and has quite frankly been The Drama since day one to a point of being regularly referred to as the Edgelord by the fandom, announced his split with the band around the same time as their hiatus a year ago. it was supposedly a mostly friendly split, I think the band citing creative differences and Joel blaming his horrible mental health and the toll tour life had taken on him, and the dude had regularly talked about not sleeping for days straight and drinking wine just to go on stage so nothing surprising there. but also Joel did like unfollow all his ex bandmates and whatever yknow throwing a lil tantrum ig but we figured it was good enough. some of the "creative differences" issues were present in some video clips of him wanting more vocals and getting shot down but like it was good enough for a band split ya feel.
anyway today Joel announced his new band, Hokka (his own last name), and they dropped the first song, In The Darkness. the song is alright, the lyrics are pretty emo about being left alone in the darkness and losing the battle with the monster in your head. all fine, all good, we love emo cringe here. and then there's their spotify intro & a clip from a Kerrang interview where Joel has started referring to his new bandmate as his sensei.
and we're all like oh brother. okay. Edgelord is edgelording. that's fine. we can work with this.
anyway then we start finding out that Pauli, this bandmate he refers to as sensei, follows a bunch of alt right people on insta (both american and finnish politicians, unwokeism account, Joe Rogan, all that fun stuff), Joel himself has been talking mad shit about Blind Channel to his Tinder matches for the past year, barely getting past a handful of messages with any match before he'd bring up BC and start calling BC cringe (like sir a crumb, a crumb of self-awareness we beg!!) and talk about how he's so glad to be rid of them. the music video for the song he dropped also literally had the camera deliberately film his BC logo tattoo for the "you left me all alone" part, like straight up shots fired. also the drummer for the new band has he/they pronouns (which matters especially cus Finland is transphobic and hardly ever even mentions nonbinary people like we hardly exist, so even just mentioning they pronouns as acceptable is honestly a hot take) so him and this clearly right wing weirdo being in the same band is confusing the shit out of everyone lmao. also Joel apparently raged at the other BC member at the end of 2024 when they played for a slightly smaller audience after several years of mad hype that the band was over, which makes me really fucking curious of what kinda audience he thinks he's about to pull by himself. like even 2024 BC was still popular on finnish standards. he's gonna have an ugly wakeup call. also he was stealth promoing his new band on Jodel (an anonymous message board, but he keeps using weird emojis no one else uses so he's easy to spot) just complimenting how "Joel found a good songwriter for his band". there's also a whole ass subplot with Pauli being an ex The Rasmus member which is why Joel's new song sounds very 2000s The Rasmus, but Pauli's split with the band wasn't pretty, meanwhile Aleksi and Niko from BC have worked with current The Rasmus somewhat recently. so it's this weird thing where Joel supposedly left on reasonable terms at the time but now he's being a martyr about it saying he was abandoned or someshit idk man.
so like in short he's being cringe and flinging shit at BC and also his "sensei" is questionable and this has all unraveled in the past 24 hours lmao.
Harry getting his hair cut // Behind the album.
All I’ll ever need is my family and these four boys right here.
When I see people criticizing Harry or Niall for their statements, or trying to make it into something about how they felt about Liam, my first response is anger at them, of course. But after that, I feel glad for them, because that kind of a reaction just tells me that they've never really experienced grief. If they think that you can tell someone's grief over any situation but especially someone's death, by how well or not well they can articulate it or how much of it they share publicly, then those people have never had to go through that kind of grief or see it in their loved ones. They are very lucky and they don't even know it.
That’s a beautiful way to look at it. I haven’t reached that level of compassion for those people yet. 😂 But thank you for the reminder to withhold judgment when I can.
Even famous strangers need your compassion.
