Thanks for reading this announcement. I wanted to update everyone on the potential future of this masterlist and what I think I’m going to do with it. I’d also love your input about any of the things I’m going to discuss here, so please feel free to send me asks or the like to discuss.
First off, I want to start by saying that I’m actually thinking about just?? Completely deleting this blog all together. It’s been so long since I last updated the masterlist that nearly every single account I showcased here is either inactive or deleted outright - No doubt as a result of tumblr going catholic.
Even if I did attempt to update this list, my biggest problem is that I’m no longer very active in the tumblr roleplay community. When I created this blog, it was because I was very involved via my America, but I have since fallen out of it. I’m considering coming back to roleplaying on tumblr because I really miss it, but I am not really sure I will be coming back to Hetalia when I do so - At least, not exclusively.
As of now, I am not making any decisions on whether to keep or delete it and I will do my best to update it from the very limited interaction I have with the community at the moment, but be warned that updates may be slow and, also, that I may decide to later pull the plug all together.
That being said, if I do decide to keep it, I’m thinking about changing the url of the blog. I am mostly happy with the current layout and organization of the blog itself, but the name isn’t really reflected in the current set up and I honestly feel like I could come up with something a little more interesting. An alternative would be to reboot the masterlist entirely, but I’m not sure about that one at the moment.
