"I’ve started to be stalked by the twins and then the rest of the Alpha pack….and then The twins attacked me and kidnapped me over break…"
{He leaned forward, his eyebrows scrunched down.}
"And they just let you go? Without tampering with your memory?"

"Mr.Hale…..Can I ask your help with something?"
"Of course. What is it?"
//Just getting back into the groove of RPing on all of my accounts (I'm up to 8 now -- whoops??) now.
I'm going to drop most of the short threads I have going right now, but if you want a new one, or even to keep an old one going, just message me!!!
I've been missing for a while now, but it's because these next few weeks are the end of my fall college semester. I'll try to be on whenever I can!
{Stiles looks at him for a moment, frowning, before nodding, leaning back on his heels lightly}
" Kind of. If you have some time for me. You seemed to have been busy in the last days. "
{He nods. Over the last few days, he contacted all of the packs the Hale pack had been connected to and tried to reestablish communication. It could be extremely helpful in the future.}
"Ask away, Stiles."
"Really?" he said intrigued, "Well what else have you heard to bring you running back to Beacon Hills? We could have used your help in dealings with the alpha pack, Derek could have used your guidance when he was an alpha, between the three of us we could have had the superior pack."
"I didn't get to choose when I came back, Peter. If I could have I would have never left. As for what I've heard, well, Deaton told me about the Alpha pack, the kanima - oh, and how you killed my eldest."
[He's not smiling or even smirking - his face was blank, deadly. This was something he'd never forgive the wolf in front of him for.]
He almost wished for Belle to return, he'd always found Oliver threatening and if she was here at least he'd have someone who feared him more than Oliver. "Well with the help of some black magic, I returned." he said softly. "You'd be very proud of Derek....well probably."
{He shook his head and smirked.}
"So I've heard. I've actually heard a lot of things. Oh, and Peter? I'll always be proud of my children."
{Oliver looks up at them and tilts his head. He can't say he wasn't expecting this.}
"Deaton said you had questions for me."

"A week?" Derek all but chokes.
How was that at all possible? It had been six years or more since the fire. How could the man have only been here for that long? Where had he been the rest of the time?
The explanation of just how he came to has Derek’s mind reeling again. None of this made sense. Though, he was glad to hear that the man had escaped somehow. Derek, nor Laura, had been home at the time. By the time they were allowed to see the house, it had been night fall, and all bodies — or most — were presumed to have been burned to the bone, to ashes.
It is also the information that neither Oliver nor the Druid, Deaton, knew on where the man had been before hand that has Derek uneasy. There was always the possibility that his Father had been taken. But why would he be released as he was now? Conspiracy theories at best, and Derek was already scoffing at any ideas that were trying to pry in to his mind.
Should he not just be happy that his Father was here and not burned alive? Derek’s face drops; any aggression or anger towards the topic was gone and he was looking the part of a confused child again. He slowly shifts, moving about the table between them and making towards his Father again.
There is now a slight hesitation as he begins to raise his arms. He looks over the other’s face, trying to see if the implied gesture was going to get him hit or anything of the sort. When there is no opposition, Derek is moving to wrap his arms about his Father’s shoulders.
He comes to realize that he is now about the same height as his Father. They looked similar in the respects of being tired, scruffy, and burdened by what had transpired. Even so, Derek is clinging to his Father and Elder with a tight embrace; pushing his face in to the other’s shoulder to take the scent in that he knew too well and thought he would never get to take in again.
"Dad," he all but whimpers. "I .. I missed you."
The way Derek chokes out the words reminds him of the way he reacted when he found out he was missing six entire years of his life. It almost makes him want to laugh, but he knows it isn't the right time or place for that. All he does is nod.
The only person who might be able to tell him more is Cora, his youngest. She was with him when he passed out, but then again, she might have done the same and not seen what happened to him. All he knows himself is that he's missed six years and that his shoulder is scarred where the fire had touched it on his way out. Neither piece of information is enough. There were no sounds or smells or even sights (no sparkles, shimmers, or glows) that could have helped Deaton figure out what spell, if any, had been used. It's much too frustrating.
But he doesn't dwell on it at the moment, because his son's arms are wrapped around him again, and Oliver clutches back at him without hesitation. There's a face buried into his shoulder, and he allows his chest to rumble with happiness and he returns the favor, trying to imprint the scent and general feeling of his son and how it feels to hug him again. It doesn't look like he'll have any trouble trying to stay in contact with him after their meeting, but he needs to do this.
"I've missed you, too," he says gruffly. "Six years. I have six years to catch up on."
As she was absent-mindedly tracing patterns on the back of his neck, a sudden pang through her chest made her wince slightly. It still hurt sometimes for her to lift her arms too high or to hold them up for too long. She was certain she would be able to forfeit the pain to shake Alan upside down by his ankles.
"Well that explains why Marin never went to visit her brother. I’ll have a chat with him later though."
{Oliver smiled widely into her arm, nuzzling it and committing the feeling of it all to memory. Of course he didn't intend on losing her again, but there was a part of him that would likely never be relaxed. Anything could happen at any time.}
"I'll have to be there to see that. I bet our dear old friend won't even be surprised."
I have two more drafts to catch up on, but those will be done tomorrow! so sleeeeeepy
{ With an air of understanding far greater than her age, she gives his hand a single shake to make the business transaction official. It certainly isn’t a rare occurrence for these types of things to happen in the Hale house. Just last week, she managed to swindle a light up yo-yo from Derek with the promise of not tattling on him for sneaking in late. Eight years old and already a talented con artist. They should be proud, really. Most eight-year-olds can’t even figure out that the finger does not go up the nose. She’s practically a genius compared to those chums. }
"Now comes the important question… How’re we gonna hide it from Mom?"
{He strikes a thinking pose even though he knows there is literally no answer to that question. Talia has a talent for knowing everything. It's possible she already knows, similar to how animals can sense earthquakes. Yes, he just compared his wife to a literal animal. She'll probably find that out, too.}
"Hm. Well, Christmas is about a month from now. Early Christmas present?"
She watches`the exchange curiously, they already knew each other? That explained the grim disposition both men had. Her eyes flick up as someone calls for her, she turns and wordlessly jogs upstairs feeling like it'd be better to keep out of it.
Peter watches her go before turning back to Oliver, "That's certainly a long story." he said simply, "But it's good to see you again, you just missed Derek and Cora."
{He spares her a glance, but, really, he's more interested in his brother-in-law's appearance.}
"Oh, I have time," he said dryly. "And I can catch up with them another time."
My internet has been really shaky this morning and yesterday, but if it doesn't get better by tonight, I'll try to do replies on mobile
{ To give her some credit, she makes sure to look especially innocent as she says it; hands tucked behind her back as she rocks back and forth on the balls of her feet. The smile on her face is a picture of angelic behavior, clearly. }
"You have yourself a deal. It’s always a pleasure doing business with you, Daddy Hale."
{He nods solemnly, holding back the smile that's twitching at the corners of his mouth. Hadn't it only been a few years since Laura was doing the same thing? Well, she still did it (last week it was borrowing the car), but she's dropped the overly innocent act. Holding his hand out for a handshake to seal the deal, he hopes it will be a long time before Cora does the same.}
"And you, too, Daughter Hale."
{ There’s a pause as she considers his question. Usually the penalty to the swear jar is fifty cents, unless it’s a really bad word. But then again, that cool, green, glow in the dark soccer ball she saw at Walmart the other day was sixteen dollars… }
"I dunno, Daddy. I mean, you threatened Uncle Peter too. That sounds more like a $16.25 penalty to me. Not including tax."
{He considers her words in an exaggerated manner, not at all surprised by her behavior. If he knows his daughter (and of course he does), then she wants something. Quirking a brow, he nods and replies.}
"How about we take a trip to the store instead, and you forget all about this?"
{Of course his mate will find out regardless - and Talia will think it's hilarious, too. Oliver has never been able to stop from spoiling their kids.}
