“I didn’t say anything wrong!” Des argued, unwilling to admit there was anything weird about wanting to sleep with any of the other Southerns siblings. Of course, he wouldn’t come right out and say that his real motivation was trying to find a connection as good as the one with Ivy. Narrowly dodging the hit, Des rolled his eyes. “Oh? I hope you told him not to see me. You know what they say about forbidden fruit.” He jabbed at her, but quickly backed off.
“How can you even say that?! It’s so gross to want to sleep with siblings, Desmond!” She looked at him like he was crazy, then took another swing at his head. “Stop it! You’re so gross, so so gross!” Ivy made a grossed out face, blocking his jab, she took another swing at him. “I’m never sleeping with you again if you keep this up!”
After a twelve hour night shift and a lot of calls attended to, Kaira was feeling the need for a coffee. Or three. She was only parked a few streets over from Delany’s Coffee House and she figured she would walk over instead of having to try to find a new parking spot in rush hour traffic. Still in her EMT uniform, the blonde tied her hair up as she walked to her destination. She was waiting in line for a few minutes before somebody bumped into her, clearly being knocked by someone else. “Hey, watch it.” She muttered to the person who had made the first bump, and looked at the stranger who was now in her personal space. “Are you alright, love?” She asked.
Ivy was playing on her phone in line, not paying enough attention to what was going on around her to move out of the way before someone bumped into her, sending her crashing into the person in front of her. “Ow! Hey,” she protested, glaring at the person behind her. Straighting up indignantly, she nodded to the girl in front of her. “Yeah, sorry about that.”

Ty: Micah got recognized in the under realm
Ivy: actually, I would.
Ivy: are you okay??
Ivy: is she okay?? I'm on my way.

Ty joined her at the island, sliding on to the second stool. “Wanna talk about them?” He leaned over and kissed her cheek, unsure of whether he should push her to talk or let it be. He didn’t want her to feel like she was alone or that he didn’t care, but he din’t want her getting defensive either. At her complaints about the cat, Ty had to bite his lip to stop a smile from taking over his face. “Apparently your cat. She’s a weird one, just like you.” He couldn’t look at her as she talked about the other witches, the images of the few that had gone down flooding his mind. “At least there won’t be any funerals this time around.”
“Um... it was just the usual stuff... except,” she paused, biting her lip. “This time I kept seeing my mom, too.” It hated Ivy that she was worried that something might be wrong with her mother, the woman who she resented so much, who she couldn’t help but love. “Are you calling me weird?” Ivy’s jaw dropped at him, and she elbowed him. But she became much more somber when he mentioned the funerals. “No, not this time.” She pushed her waffles around her plate thoughtfully.

Des’ lips puckered, his chin quivering in a very adorable pout. “You’re so mean to me lately. Are you on that no carb diet? It’s turning you into a real you know what.” With most people, Des would’ve just abandoned the friendship after they got mad enough to do something as rash when they deleted all their nudes off his phone. Ivy was different. Even though he wanted to cut her out of his life, he couldn’t ignore the connection they’d had without Ivy’s talisman. He lifted his fists, getting back into position. “I don’t think you really want to hurt me.”
“Actually, I had waffles for breakfast,” Ivy stuck her tongue out at him. “You know exactly why I’m being so mean to you, I’m still mad at you for what you said.” She answered, after she’d deleted her nudes and stormed off, he never had apologized. She was sure he wouldn’t mean it, even if he did, though. And she was sure he’d still sleep with Rowan if he got the chance. “I warned him about you, you know.” She told him, before she took a swing at him.
