Stepping Out Of My Comfort Zone

Sunday Funday ya’ll! Today I went to the annual oyster festival today at the Steamhouse Lounge in Midtown in Atlanta. It was pretty awesome! I always drive by the place and say I’m going to try that restaurant, but I never did until today. I did something that was out of my comfort zone. I always say I’m open to doing new things, but I never really do them. Back to the oyster festival. The food was AMAZING! The vibe was so chill, relaxed, and there was live music. My friends and I ate so much that now while I’m writing this I currently have the biggest food baby. I just feel like laying in my living room and trying to breathe. There is a mental image that no one really needs to see. It was such a lovely day too. It felt like spring, even though it’s a little early. The brisk wind was so refreshing and just walking around the city was nice. I haven’t done that in so long I forgot how it felt. It was like opening a new door of possibilities. Honestly I have been having a hard time after my semi-nasty break up. I know, I know, I’m literally complaining in blog about my past relationship. How cliché! I thought this way, by writing my feelings, I can heal and move on to bigger and better things.
