120 Calorie Burn:
100 jumping jacks
120 crunches
50 squats
50 lunges
1 minute plank
Food and Workout Rules (for me)
It is important for me to mention I have an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise! I do not encourage anyone to use these rules. I use this as a second journal to stay organized. Please stay safe!
1.) breakfast 9-10 am
2.) lunch 12-1 pm
3.) dinner 6-7 pm
4.) friday is fasting day
5.) 500 calories per day
6.) burn twice as many calories as eaten
7.) burn at least 100 calories per day
