Sorry to anyone who is usually here for my art, I'm low
on things to post and it will mostly be me reposting
a lot of sadder stuff happening
I went out that day for one simple reason ā to find food.
I wasnāt carrying a weapon. I wasnāt looking for trouble. I was only searching for something to ease my hunger.
In a single moment, everything changed.
A bullet struck my neck. I felt a burning pain tear through my body. Later, I was told it exited through my back. In seconds, I went from being a man striving to surviveā¦ to a body lying helpless on a hospital bed.
Today, I cannot walk.
I lost the profession I loved. I was a nurse ā caring for the wounded, comforting the sick, giving people hope in their darkest moments. After work, I used to help animals harmed by the war, bringing them food and treating their injuries. I believed compassion has no boundaries.
I met an Italian doctor who told me there is hope. He said stem cell therapy could improve my condition. There is a chance I could regain strength and movement ā God willing. But the treatment is extremely expensive.
My medical journey may cost up to $10,000.
The price per dose is 600 euros.

I was never someone who asked for help. I was always the one offering it. But this injury took away my ability to stand ā not my hope.
I am not asking for pity.
I am asking for a chance.
A chance to walk again.
A chance to return to the profession I love.
A chance to marry the woman who has been waiting for me.
A chance to once again feed the animals still waiting at the doors.
