The rainy Gotham night drags on, and you find a figure sitting on the ground outside an all night corner shop. She doesn't stand out exactly, dark raincoat on with her hood up, but she's trying to fight back sobs anyway.

She has to be a Gothamite because no one else in their right mind would fight back sobs here and now after the latest arkham breakout. She shivers, cold and coming off an adrenaline high.

When she feels someone approaching, she looks up quickly while searching for whoever it is.

"Oh... hi?"

Lysandre had begrudgingly gotten outside of the house to buy some groceries, but found himself interested in the figure. It was a gut feeling but he approached the person.

He suddenly remembered that this was Gotham, you can't approach someone with your face covered up. He took off the hood of his long red coat and sat down next to them while keeping some space.

"Good evening" he greeted back, trying to avoid being too loud.

She swallows, wiping away her tears quickly. She pulls her hood down, blinking. "Uhm — what are you doing here? It's — well late..."

She doesn't ask who you are, or why you're here. She's not sure how to navigate this one...

Her face is familiar, but harder to place than you may expect.

"Oh well, I went grocery shopping against my will and better judgement at fu–... A very late hour. But I suppose such a question is kind of ironic coming from someone crying in the middle of the night." he sighed, looking into his pockets for something.

He knew that face from somewhere, maybe he knew her parents? It was a good possibility (wouldn't that mean they either had required his services once or were once his targets?). He wasn't good at this kind of stuff but he would feel bad if he just let her there.

"You want some? Sugar is good for these kinds of things or something like that I guess...?" he offered some candies. There weren't any signs of tampering in them.

For some reason, something in the young man's face seemed... Off. Not in a bad way, but in that way where you knew something and yet you couldn't fully remember where you had seen it before. As if staring at him was like seeing an old picture that had slowly worn off with time.

"Yeah... fair enough."

She looks to the candies, running numbers in her mind, but she finds no reason to distrust them. "Sure, thank you."

She takes one of the candies, trying to figure out why your face tugs at her mind. It's familiar, but it isn't... she's seen you before, probably, with who she used to be she's seen so many people... as one of Gotham's Birds she saw everyone but she's left that life behind and she's better for it.

She just hopes you haven't placed her, she knows her face has been everywhere as a Wayne, but she left that too when she left Gotham.

"You know, I'm glad you found me instead of one of my brothers. A lot less emotional baggage with a stranger."

As soon as you entered the manor, you noticed the ballroom was full of both humans and supernatural alike.

At the sides of the room, there were tables with food, drinks and some board games.

A tall woman with an old fashioned microphone stood on the top of the stairs.

"Hello? Can you hear me?"

She proceeded to clear her throat.

"Good evening, my dear public. Are you having fun tonight?"

The crowd started to clap their hands, cheering.

The hostess chuckled

"Oh, I'm glad you're having fun! Please feel free to explore my home, I have assigned games to most areas to keep you entertained. Now, if I'm not mistaken and did the math correctly, you should have a paper in your pocket with a guide with all the activities."
