I am not perfect, quite the opposite actually.
Sometimes I can be difficult, get scared, lose my temper, say mean and/or inappropriate things, etc..
And then I have to apologize and/or backtrack to try and correct those things.
Overall, I consider myself to be a good person with good intentions though. I think most people feel that way about themselves, mainly because I think most people are that way.
With that being said, I expect that being the difficult person I can sometimes be; that in the future I will continue to not be perfect and mess up at times.
However, I will continue to strive for kindness and goodness overall though, as I think we should all do. I recognize that no one can be kind and/or perfect all the time. It’s ok to tell jokes and laugh sometimes, it’s okay to stand up for yourself and your rights and beliefs, and it’s okay to not be perfect.
It just isn’t okay to judge or hurt someone else intentionally just because you don’t agree with them on certain issues. I have been hurt to often in my life to think that is ever okay.
Certain things are just wrong, such as homophobia, racism, misogyny, violence, etc..
I don’t agree with or support those things now and I never have and I never will. That’s just not going to change.
With that being said, I had never heard of this young lady, but I saw this video today and really liked it.
I thought some of you might like it too. I hope everyone is happy, healthy, and well….
