Hey there!
I will update this post as things occur to me or change with time.
My name is Jacqueline, but my friends call me Jackie.
I'm 34, a pan trans woman (she/they), been on hrt for over 2 years at this point, married to an a-spec genderfaun. I'll refer to them as either "my partner" or Ember.
An eclectic witch still defining her practice.
A biologist by education with a focus on evolution, environmental science, ecology, geology, and paleontology. Basically if it has to do with nature I'm into it.
A political activist trying to build community as has become necessary for survival at this point. I'm tired of having my destiny be at the whims of wealthy people whose dedication to their constituents you couldn't find with a microscope and a guide. I've already made progress with regards to my local politicians' attitudes towards trans rights.
Feel free to ask me anything, even personal stuff as I think it might help me process things. I will never punish genuine curiosity, but if I get the sense that you're trying to spread hate, I am not afraid of the block button!
Platonically Flirtatious: If I ever get flirty or suggestive with you, please understand it's all in good fun and not meant to get anywhere relationship-wise. I'm in a happy, monogamous marriage with a partner who means the world to me, and while they understand that I am a bit free-spirited, we have some established boundaries as to what they're comfortable with me doing, and I hope you can respect that.
Potential NSFW! Hornyposting, playful flirting, potential suggestive or dirty pics, and discussions of various mature topics will occasionally appear on this blog.
There are many of our trans siblings out there that need help getting their gender affirming care more than I do, so if you're looking to donate please look to them first. However if you have something to spare, or you just like me in particular and want to help out, get me a gift, etc., then I have a ko-fi set up just in case. We've been trying to save up for laser and bottom surgery for me, and top surgery for Ember, so if you'd like to make our journey just a bit easier you can help out here: https://ko-fi.com/jackieofowls
I'll keep the fund open after our surgeries are taken care of, and any donations given afterward will be used to help other trans people acquire their medical care.
