Wow this #clouddough stuff is the real deal! Just 1:8 baby oil to flour ratio! Easy cleanup an hour + of sensory play! I’m feeling a bit guilty for keeping them home for NYE, Vegas is just insane today I don’t want to leave the house. So we’re going to have a little party here just the 4 of us. Next it’s Water beads and a bath, naps/quiet time, then movies, popcorn, and candy!!! Happy New Years Everyone 😘
P.S.A- if you’re thinking about doing sugar cookies with your kids Marissa and I just stumbled upon how to do it without losing your mind! Just portion out a little bit of dough for each kid to play with and think they’re doing it while you cut some ones that will actually work for the oven. And squeeze frosting made it simple! Because there’s nothing like 4 pairs of “helping” 😆 hands when you’re trying to bake!!
That one time we ate in the Eiffel Tower vlog is up!!! This vacation is one of the reasons I started a YouTube Family Vlog. Every year we'd go France or have these family experiences that I'd want to capture forever and I'd end up with 100 20 sec clips that were really hard to go back and enjoy. Also they had zero narration so it was hard to remember the circumstances. Once I learned family vlogs were a thing I used my natural instinct to capture everything and got comfortable being a weirdo woman talking to my phone 😜It was one of the best decisions I've ever made, making these little movies lights me up and I think all the time about how valuable they'll be to my children someday! Wouldn't you love to have your parents thoughts, personalities, and jobs on video to enjoy whenever you wanted! I encourage everyone to start capturing themselves and their experiences! We're all carrying around a video camera and video editing equipment everywhere we go! I shoot everything on my IPhone and use the Imovie app to create them. I know it's not the best sound or picture quality but it makes it nearly effortless! I'd recommend it to anyone! I also love the Magisto app that automatically creates little movies from your pics and videos. Go forth and capture your life 😜

I was nervous we'd never find any friends once we started homeschooling but I have to say I've been so happy to meet so many great families in similar situations and it's been so great!
