Depicting the struggles of living in the big city, the show addresses the social issues in South Korea in a non-progressive way leading In a domestic setting, one only wanting to have somewhere to lie on and the other needing to pay off a thirty-long debt arranged a Platonic Marriage where both eventually develop feelings and fall in love. Because This Is My First Life talks about experiencing things for the first time and the struggles of having been there.
“Just for the sake of an ordinary life, I need to do something”
This show tells many things of how relationships goes in the characters portraying the hardship of having different perspectives of the world. Wanting to belong—an ordinary and "normal" way of living: fall in love, get married and have children but for some the lifestyle of what they call “normal” seems to be what deteriorates the “love”
It always felt weird how in a day many things could happen; a day of which you already regard but as you get near the edge somehow one way or another what of seems earlier make sense.
Clouds would past by so lively that it feels like the time flies fast but with the seeming view of the still clouds, has the time stopped for a moment?
