Nothing about this is remotely funny and the amount of people who think it is are sad. Semi full cans of beer were thrown by Devils fans at their arena toward the Maple Leaf's players and the refs. It was a bunch of drunk losers at a game throwing garbage at the Devils too, a team that had just had a thirteen game win streak, and players and coaches rewarded for their efforts by getting garbage and beer thrown at them and it could have ruined the ice for the night. Beer was being thrown from the higher levels too and it is very weird that any grown adults think that is funny because people could have gotten hurt. It was obnoxious, dangerous and unacceptable fan behavior. I don't know why it is difficult to comprehend that athletes, coaches, and refs are human beings and no one should throw garbage at them. Not to mention that the fans attending the game did not deserve that either.
