Paul has fitted the seats I reupholstered for him to the Cabrio.

The black vinyl looks great against the bright yellow paintwork and really helps bring the project together.

Cabrio rear bench all finished up this week ready for collection today.

Beetle front seats all rebuilt for Paul in the timeless black basketweave. Paul is helping a friend lightly recommission their Dad’s cabrio which has been kept garaged since 1973 so it’s great to be getting involved in such a special project.

Duncan’s seats delivered to him yesterday and all installed in his stunning little westy.

He’s so pleased with them that he’ll be looking to get his bed reupholstered by me to match!

A nice set of early bay seats all built up this weekend for Duncan. This was a set I had ready to go so Duncan took advantage of my fitting service to make it even easier smartening up his seats.

A pair of sunvisors and a cushion to sit on a cool box all made up for @the_bus_journey. I’ve incorporated some westy beige fabric into the sunvisors and added a pocket; perfect for storing tickets and small items.

Beach Buggy rear cushions all finished up for Rhys’ amazing ride.

With Rhys moving his fuel tank to the front of his buggy he wanted to neaten up the rear area so I’ve made some cushions to match his existing front seats. Diamond pleated vinyl with a soft suede insert. What’s not to love!

Luke popped over this afternoon to collect his T25 upholstery. It’s looking great in his van.

And that’s the cushions all finished for Luke’s T25 Holdsworth. I love the clean look he’s gone with on these.

Next up Beach Buggy time!

Luke’s T25 Holdsworth seats were due a much needed retrim so here they are sporting their new grey covers with white piping. The drivers foam needed a little repair work and I made a new diaphragm for it as the old one had all but snapped in two.

A day trip up to Eastleigh today for me in the Baja to fit the headliner and sunvisors I recently put together for Mike (@jennythebus), including taking the windscreen out and reinstalling.

A beautifully sunny day which was perfect for fitting the headliner but made taking pictures of the work quite tricky (I’ve included some before and during pictures too).

Thanks to Mike and his wife for keeping me fuelled on tea throughout the day. 😂

I’ve been getting a few bits prepared for an on-site job later this month. Sunvisors reupholstered and a grey headliner made up for @jennythebus ready for me to fit in a few weeks.

The sunvisors are reupholstered to match the seats I did for him way back in 2023 (where has that time gone?!)

I’ve enough grey headlining fabric to make another so will putting one on my eBay page soon if anyone is after a late bay cab headliner.

A table full of curtains!

I’ve just finished this 10 curtain set for Sally’s bay Window Westfalia in this fantastic olive fabric.

6 side curtains, 2 rear curtains, a curtain for the sliding door and then a large curtain for the cab area.

These are backed with a silver blackout material and finished up with a set of matching tiebacks.

Lorna has fitted the early bay seats I recently reupholstered for her. This stock style always looks well at home in an old VW bus.
