A year since I did my first C9. It's amazing how it helped change the way I exercised and approached food. This is the longest I have stuck at the gym for, I have not had a coffee in a year (I used to have about 5 a day and get the shakes), and now only drink decaf tea. I very rarely drink fizzy drinks anymore and drink way more water than I ever used too. It's amazing, by following a programme for 9 days and then just continuing to follow the basics of it, how it makes a difference to your days. Best thing about it, I have not had a belly in a year 😜😜 #C9 #foreverfit #eaglesteam #nomorebelly
