Can’t believe there is no filter on the photo, this mornings walk was long, cold and didn’t feel great. My BMI since January!
Just under 10.5miles today covering the Brecon Horseshoe. Climbing ‘Corn Du’, ‘Pen-Y-Fan’ and ‘Cronyn’ all in the same hike. The walk started with a BRUTAL climb to the Craig Fan Ddu ridge then over the three peaks one-by-one. After the first climb the weather was windy with fine rain, the mist was partly a good thing walking along the ridge as you couldn’t see how far down the drop was. After a walking holiday covering 75miles of the coastal path and 18miles of general walking, 9 days of Holiday has led to 4.25lbs down and 0.75% Body Fat lost. Not bad as most people put on weight when their off work!!!!!

Day 2 was a much longer walk at 13.5miles, starting at #Abercastle and heading Towards #Strumblehead.... the path was muddy in places for the first 2-3miles, however the views just got better and better.
