I slept a ridiculous amount of hours after that intense massage , yoga and Eason salt bath about 15hrs that’s unheard of for me . I fucking love my massage therapist that woman knows what she is doing . She does cupping , Riki alignment , Rolfing 😍and a list of other types of well-being healing. I am going to her every two weeks . Alright Today marks the beginning of a new program spit . When I was eating more lifting more volume and going through a maximal strength building program was doing a 3 on 1 off split . Now as we are eating lighter and my program is more geared towards more intense calories burn and hypertrophy still intense but little rest periods more super sets it’s just a different type of training. So for that 6 days on 1 day off . Split goes Day 1 * chest tricep shoulders calves abs Day 2 *legs abs calves (squat focused leg day heavy heavy) Day 3* back bis calves Day 4 *shoulders traps abs Day 5* legs ( functional movement leg day lighter with more holds at top contraction and isolated exercises ) Day 6* arms calves abs traps Yes I am doing a lot of calves and they are loving it and growing massive at the moment .
