I would be delighted three or four years from now to say we've wasted money, Clarke said in reply. I'd rather have that happen than have to explain to the congress and the American people why we weren't ready, and why we let so many Americans die.

I don’t remember a single incident of fisticuffs caused by the pitcher throwing at the batter in my day. We had a more subtle way of handling the hurler. There were very few bean-ball pitchers then. Dutch Leonard and Carl Mays were a couple. When they threw at my head, I would drag a bunt down the first base line. Then when the first baseman came in to field it, the pitcher ran over to cover first. And I would run right over the pitcher. He knew the situation then.

Awesome
Crossfit Endurance Work of the Day
Dynamic Warm up & then; Bench Press 5x5, 10minute Amrap; Rope Climb, 3 Dead Lifts, 5 Pull Ups & then; Run- 5x 4min w/ 3 min rest Awesome overall workout, the intervals made me sweat something fierce. Usually going with a lot of push& pull mid week, tends to play into Olympic lifting programming model. After smashing your chest perfect. Forearms and back done!
LOL.
As down as I am on Nintendo, adding the Wii Fit Trainer to Super Smash Bros—literally—is brilliant.
First, we have not joined any program that would give the U.S. government—or any other government—direct access to our servers. Indeed, the U.S. government does not have direct access or a “back door” to the information stored in our data centers. We had not heard of a program called PRISM until yesterday.
