So regarding the scene itself; both these characters are played by a married couple, so they get into some hijinks. The Pathfinder cat-man seems to be a big dumb barbarian whose submission to some succibi would apparently be "totally within his character." his lizard woman partner is sitting outside waiting to pull his ass out of the fire, literaly with an axe to grind :P

Now onto her armor; boob plate, and on a lizard woman?!? jason what have you done you hypocrite you! Well A) anthropomorphic creatures in fantasy are magically blended human+X characters. They take traits from both. So just as a lizard woman might have a flat face, opposable thumbs etc, she could have breasts. B) The player for this character is herself apparently a big fan of sexily-clad women barbarians, though the character she was running had plate armor. Accentuating some female parts I felt was a decent compromise, and something I wouldn't do unless the player would feel comfortable with it. As somethign she really WANTED, I felt fine with it :)
Oh, and   those quadruple scallpoed "pauldrons" were there mainly to give the impression of a great reptilian frill about her neck. Was a pain in the ass too :P
Whew alrighty. Hope you guys like this one. This is the type of thing that happens when you play some tabletop roleplaying games :)
