Crane Hot Line Announces Third Annual Top Trainer Contest
Realizing that effective training continues to experiment with a critical role inside overall safety of used cran and rigging operations, used crane Hot Line will recognize the industrys top trainers within the awards program to get featured inside November 2010 issue. Trainers is going to be recognized for having a positive impact on students, the effort environment or perhaps the industry by making use of innovative training techniques or hands-on instruction, by encouraging peer or corporate accountability, and/or through quantitative evidence which the training was successful.
The goal of the awards program is usually to publicly recognize both corporate and professional trainers who have excelled within their profession.
? Nominations should be produced by people that have received training from the candidate or from the trainers superior.
? Trainer must be involved with used crane, rigging, lifting or construction safety training.
? Trainer must have been actively engaged in training between Aug. 1, 2009 and July 31, 2010.
Award winners are going to be granted scholarships to use for educational purposes. Scholarships may be used because of the recipient for train-the-trainer courses or industry conference attendance or could be awarded of their name to a student with their choice for similar training or educational purposes. Crane Hot Line is seeking sponsors to assist fund the scholarships.
Submit entries to Tracy Bennett, [email protected], by August 1, 2010. Recognitions is going to be manufactured in two categories. Professional trainers are the ones whose primary employer is usually a training company. Corporate trainers are whose primary employer can be a construction company, quality crane rental company, manufacturer, or other industry-related business. Honorees will be selected by the editorial staff in categories. Honorees are going to be interviewed for a feature show up in the November 2010 issue of Crane Hot Line.
