(Book length post...enjoy.) The New England Bulldogs...er, I mean Patriots...just used both their 1st round picks to take UGA OT Isaiah Wynn and UGA RB Sony Michel. They already have former UGA WR Malcolm Mitchell. Mixed emotions, obvs. How can I help but hate them after the Falcons SB loss, but how can I help but want to pull for these three class acts from UGA? And don’t hand me “pull for the players, not the team”. If your O-Line, RB, and WR are all successful, esp if you’re NE, you’re likely going to win. But here’s my biggest frustration: NE has a million SB championships. They see championship talent at UGA and keep drafting it. How is it that we haven’t had a championship in 38 years? Well, if NE wants Dawgs talent, I say we want NE’s success. Here’s hoping (merely from the success standpoint) Kirby becomes the new Bill Belichick.
