Cafe Girl

She was of an asian decent. Maybe Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese. She had straight black hair. It stopped at her shoulders. She took her coffee black on most days, a Mocha Frap when she’d be having a really good day, I guess you could call it a celebration coffee. She wore these reading glasses, They weren’t prescription glasses though. I think she just wore those to put off the vibe that she was a reader. She had a loose floral dress. Black with multi colored flowers on it. But there wasn’t so much that it would pop out and look a bit weird. I think it was to describe how she felt. She looked as if she was in a bit of a dark place but hoping there would be some color, Some light to it at the end. She was reading a James Patterson book, Seems like she likes a good mystery kind of read. She looked like a quiet type though. Constantly looking out the window when she wasn’t reading. She’d Stare out into the outside world as if she was looking for adventure, Something to look forward too. Like she gotten bored with her life and her routine everyday. She probably didn’t Realize it, But she had the most beautiful eyes you’ve ever seen. Light hazel brown. It literally sparkled when the rays of sunlight would hit them. It made it seem as if she always had that sparkle in her eye. And she had the most beautiful smile also, It was so big, So radiant. It shined just like the sun. I guess when you put both of them together, You can’t help but notice someone like her. But behind those sparkling eyes and radiant smile. You could see the pain. The harbored emotions she kept hidden inside her soul, Away from the world. She looked like happiness is something she’s desperately searching for, Or desperately hoping to find her to take away and make her forget that all that pain, That sorrow ever existed in her to begin with. She’d sit there till about 4:30 or 5:00pm. She’s there everyday, And one day. She will find what she’s looking for. What she’s hoping for. Whether it’s in herself? Or someone else. But as for now, She continues to live her same routined life.

I Miss When Tumblr Meant Something.

I miss those days where this site was nothing to the outside world. No one heard or even knew tumblr existed. We were hidden from the world yet we were this amazing blog community with so many different peronalities. Best thing was we all clicked together as one. We understood each other, we got to know a person by what they write, what they reblog. I miss when this place was so judgment free that this place became the run away to for so many of us from reality because we could express the way we feel and get nothing but advice, care and love. I miss this site before it bacame mainstream. When we got news about the world on here before it got out to the world. (That shit was amazing) i miss the countless friends you make because of how we clique by what we have on our blog. Ive grown to have many great friendships on here that just dissolved. Oh man and who could forget when tumblr famous people were like THE people on here. Haha. Now days, this place is to mainstream, its gotten ridiculous, for crying out loud its gotten to the point where celebrities are on here. I doubt anyone back from the days wouldve ever seen that one coming. Its sad that this place has losts its meaning. Thats why i believe that this place that once was an amazing community of amazing people has died.
