- getting out of bed 🛌 - making the bed 🛏 - having a bath or shower 🚿 - getting dressed 👚 - eating something 🍴 - drinking (staying hydrated) ☕️ - taking any necessary medicine 💊 - doing chores 🗑 - running errands 🛍 - leaving the house 🏡 - not calling in sick for work/school etc 📎 - interacting with people, even via text or social media 💻

I’m sure theres more that can be added.

So please if someone ever says too you something along the lines of, “i’m so proud of myself!! I managed too…..”, dont knock them for it.

They may seem little things too most people but it can be a huge thing for someone who struggles, myself being one of them.
