One of my New Year’s resolutions is to open up more and not keep my feelings bottled up inside me.

However, every time I open up to someone the outcome is never good. I either feel dumb after or get a response back that in no way helps me.

I feel like nobody truly understands me or can help me.

I try to journal but that doesn’t help either, after I get all my feelings out on the paper I quickly realize my situation is still the same and nothing is better. This makes me feel discouraged and upset all over again.

I don’t know why I’m saying this here but I just had to get it out. And again, I don’t feel better now.
