"Do you want some? I've got extra and don't mind sharing."
Jazmine shook the bag, the skittles falling into her palm as she offered them to the person sitting next to her.
They seemed a little lonely and she decided to go interact with them and what better way to do it was with skittles.
"Here. Take them."
She then dropped them into their palm with a grin.

Griffin stood outside the pharmacy. It was the first week of November, meaning the Halloween decorations were being taken down to put up the Christmas ones. Like most days, his sister Greta had dipped, leaving Griffin to do it on his own with the occasional help of his dad or the other workers
As he tugged the last string of paper bats from the window, their faded wings catching in the cold wind, he heard someone come up to him towards his ladder
"Hey I'll be with you in a minute I just need to get this last bat off the window"
"Take your time."
She gave him a small smile, as she looked up to where he was perched on the ladder. Her eyes held some form of concern, not wanting him to get hurt in any way.
But seeing that he was perfectly capable of doing the task, she turned her gaze to looking around, the town was just the same as usual.
"J-Jasmine!"
He felt his face heat up, and his hands gripped the ladder a little tighter than necessary.
"Uh… h-hi,"
He managed, his voice cracking slightly despite his best efforts to sound casual. His heart was hammering in his chest like it wanted to break free.
"Careful! I don't want you to fall down!"
She laughed lightly, her face lighting up at his reaction, she just gave a small wave, before shifting her weight onto her other foot.
"How has your day been so far?"
Griffin swallowed hard, trying to steady his voice as he climbed down the ladder to be closer to her level.
“Uh… it’s been… okay, I guess,”
He said, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.
“A little cold, though… and… busy with, uh, taking down the decorations"
He rubbed his arm, glancing away for a moment before meeting her eyes again.
“How… how about you? Your day going alright?”
"It's been well enough, just walking around. I haven't had much to do lately."
She sighed slightly, before brushing some of her hair back from her face, it was getting colder. But she was looking forward to finding new ways to stay warm.
Griffin nodded, trying to keep his voice steady even though his chest felt tight seeing her smiling so beautifully at him
“Yeah… I get that. I mean, i’ve been… trying to keep busy with, you know, helping out at the pharmacy and stuff. Keeps my mind busy"
He paused, shifting his weight from one foot to the other. He gave a small, awkward laugh, hoping what he said sounded casual
She just nodded in understanding, as she absentmindedly smoothed out her shirt, laughing slightly. He's so nice.
