Logo proposal for Jurong-Clementi Town Council

The logo comprises a house with 4 windows and a speech box at the bottom. A house is used to suggest a homely and conducive environment. The ‘roof’ is a tilted ‘7’, which represents the seven divisions the Town Council is serving. These 4 windows are initials for ‘JCTC’, Jurong-Clementi Town Council. It is also a cross junction to indicate that we will meet each other halfway during di cult times. Last but not least, the speech box highlights the importance of every voice and these small efforts can contribute in maintaining the environment.

A Day in Contact with Water

Different layers of data is collected in every contact period with water. With this, I played around with perspective and pixels. Pixel is the smallest unit of measure in digital art. This representation is used as a secondary factor, not affecting the form which still follows the data collected. Starting from the timeline to the process chart, visual maps are developed consisting of the 5 senses, density, states of matter and a progression chart. The information booklet focus in depth on the 5 senses. In the flash animation, I have extracted the no. of blinks to mimic the behaviour of water flow. This number is too huge to be presented in a static form thus I have chosen it to be animated.
