The steep slopes of the sunny Steyerberg vineyard make it practically impossible to mechanise wine production. Therefore, many lots in this exceptionally well-positioned area remain uncultivated. We, however, see our Pinot Blanc vineyard as an opportunity to revive old traditions and to preserve the origins of viticulture.
