So the animals living in my yard this year is a very large and fat female rat (possibly pregnant but honestly I think she’s just well fed) and a large seemingly pregnant black squirrel that is very used to humans

We also have our normal bird friends plus a few pigeons this year

No stay cats have seemingly visited this year yet(I often hear meowing under my deck and find prints around in winter)

Our rat friends seem to keep most other small animals out of our yard and often fight each other, the rat currently is the same rat from last year, you can tell by her tail as it’s shorter and has a scar right under where she lost the tip of her tail. Other then the tail she’s very healthy looking at least for what I can see

Well it’s official my birthday is fucking cursed

Crushed my hand in one of these bad boys today, it hurt like hell. Luckily my hand was crushed by the handle not the blades but still, I thought I broke it for a minute.
