Say it || Yeonju x Taeyang
Yeonju stood in the practice room for a moment trying to think over what just happened and if her idea might be correct. She couldn’t help but feel a bit guilty over the fact that she clearly hadn’t got the message that would be why he reacted the way he had and at the same time she was still taking to figure out what was going on for him to so suddenly as Mirae out for a drink. It still bothered her the more she thought about it and as she continued out of the practice room. Like the fact that it was so sudden and out of know where even the fact that he had looked straight at her after he did it. Why was the question. It irritated her the more she thought about it.
Not that she had anything against Mirae at all but honestly the girl made her tick it was probably because she knew the younger had a strong favoritism for her boyfriend as displayed earlier. Even just remembering that one thing annoyed her more as she tried to figure out, why this was even bothering her. It wasn’t any different then from when Taeyang talked to other girls within their company why should it be now? So deep in thought she hadn’t even heard her name being called as she almost bumped into her wall turning her head to see the source of the calling. It was Shiro, who was now laughing at how she had almost collided with the stationary structure. “You know those don’t move right?” He laughed continuing on “Well at least not like you.” Yeonju couldn’t help but laugh at the statement but also shake her head, funny but corny. “I just thought it might ask me to get out of it’s way, you never know.” She shot back just as quick. Once again, Shiro laughed calling her clever, his usual way of getting out of a trying to think of a comeback.
It wasn’t that Yeonju disinterested in what Shiro was saying as they continued to walk towards the front of the building but more so distracted. At this point she honestly just wanted to text her boyfriend and ask her what was going on but at the same time she couldn’t bring herself to. Instead she kept thinking about why - why Mirae and why Mirae was a problem to her. When they stopped and in the main lobby of the building, Yeonju still wasn’t listening to Shiro however when he said her name it brought her attention back. Looking at him slightly confused because she hadn’t actually heard a word he said. He repeated himself, “I mean if you want to just a suggestion, it would be cool to spend some time with you.” Yeonju tilted her head in surprise because she hadn’t actually gotten the context of that statement however she did realize that he was trying to ask her to hangout with him. However considering how she had completely being oblivious to what they were talking about, she honestly decided it was probably best not to.
“Ah, I have to go try to rewrite a rap so maybe another time?” She said because she was still confused on what they had been talking about before since her mind was plagued by other things. “Oh then maybe I can walk you back to your dorm.” Yeonju still focused on one thing disregard his question accidentally. “Uhhh, I do have question though.” Her and Shiro were friends so asking him something shouldn’t be weird. “Shoot.” He responded seemingly unfazed by the fact she wasn’t listening to him. Quickly she blurted out, “When a guy asks a girl out just at random does that mean anything?” Upon asking it she immediately regretted it as it related to what he was doing and she noticed that he might have realized that in his expression. Embarrassed she tried to escape before he answered or declined to, “Actually forget I asked that! Nevermind! I’ll see you tomorrow! Bye, thank you for today!“ Making her way out the door within the same few seconds before he could respond. Sighing at just how dumb that had been, this shouldn’t have been affecting her this much.
Taeyang felt quite unsure as to why he had made his jealousy drive him this far. It wasn’t fair to Mirae, to himself and neither to Yeonju. He realized that as he sat there; staring into the nothingness before him and trying to think of an answer to all of this; but came out blank. How was he going to talk himself out of this one? It wasn’t his intention at all to go out with Mirae like this. He had little to no interest in that girl aside of being friends and judged by the look in her eyes the girl wasn’t aware of that. Oddly enough, he wondered if she knew he had a girlfriend and if she didn’t feel sorry for that.. but that did not seem to be the case. But he did. He felt terrible for what he had made himself do only out of jealousy for that idiot...That stupid piece of shitty choreographer. Ugh. Then again, seeing the way Yeonju interacted with that guy; it woke up a terrible anger inside of him as he thought about how long this had been going on. Clearly that guy had feelings for her. He saw right through that really. And he hated to think she was walking into it blindly.
It wasn’t about not trusting her. He didn’t trust him and the fact that she was oblivious to the fact that the guy was almost constantly oggling her. He never was the jealous type but guys did NOT have to stare at his girl like that every time of the day for several weeks. Hell fucking no.The idea alone made his blood boil again as he jumped back to his feet and walked outside. He took his time to grab his phone tecting Mirae of how he didn’t feel well in that moment and feeling like an utter jerk at the same time. Taeyang told himself to make it up to him later..but right now he needed to be alone to think and get out his frustration somehow. So he headed straight for the basketball court.
A few hours passed until he made his way back to his dorm. He could see the light shining up above in the apartment but merely figured the boys were still awake even if it was way past midnight. His thinking time had helped but he still automatically had balled his fist thinking about that guy. Taeyang knew it would be best to stay away from Evol’s dance practices for now. He couldn’t exactly go and smack the dude in his face...Even if he wanted to do so, so badly. But; he would eventually talk to Yeonju about it... try and make her see how and why he had reacted like that and what he was feeling. He felt shitty for the way he had done it, but she had to at least understand where his anger came from. But that was for later. Surely she was in her bed by now... needing some sleep.

Say it || Yeonju x Taeyang
A slight flinch set of in Yeonju’s as she kept herself from glancing back at the two though she could hear their exchange as well as see them indirectly through the mirror. Yeonju kept her head down for the moment before she heard Jenissi’s invite to Mirae out for a drink after their practice. The happy response nearly pissed her off, catching his eye in for a quick moment before looking away and diverting her attention for the and back to the focus of what she was suppose to be doing: learning this dance. However that didn’t help the fact of hint of fury she felt because of what just happened. She had no idea why their exchange was even bothering her more so than that why he felt so threatened. That frustration of not knowing why got channeled into her dancing and it came off a bit more powerful than normal.
It was weird because more than anything because usually she understood Jenissi or at least where he was coming from but right now she didn’t. She couldn’t even pinpoint a possible reason for why he was upset with Shiro of all people. And even more so why she was even upset about his exchange with Mirae. It was just a drink, why was she even thinking about it? Why was it annoying her? Her focus was suppose to be on the dance and what was learning, yet she was thinking about Mirae and how her boyfriend had just suddenly asked her out. It bothered her more than anything and she had nothing against the other female even, yet the fact they barely got along outside of work settings. The feeling was new to her and she couldn’t exactly take her mind off of it.
After a few run through with the background dancer that seemingly took longer than expected considering they had stopped two or three times at certain parts, the practice came to an end. She walked over to her bag and checked her phone unlocking it and checking the time as well as a few messages, another day had passed without seeing much of it. If anything she was trying to avoid looking at her boyfriend since at this point she was very annoyed…the feeling hadn’t subsided but at this point she didn’t feel like trying to ask him what was up again. “Hey is something up, you look kind of out of it.” She had Shiro’s familiar voice to her side. She hadn’t noticed that her expression at all. “Nah, I’m just sort of tired now.” She responded quickly but with a smile. “Well, good job today, good energy especially with the first run through.“ He held his hand up for a high five in which Yeonju returned, a small hand hug followed which made her laugh. If anything, Shiro was a good friend to have because he was funny and random.
Within a few moments of getting ready to leave, Say approached her suggesting that she should stay away from Shiro especially when Jenissi was around since he might get jealous. The thought made her stop for a moment, thinking about it. Looking around for him, her boyfriend wasn’t in sight in the room anymore. Would that have been the reason he was upset?
Right after he had said it, he instantly regretted doing so. It wasn’t fair to drag Mirae into this, neither was it fair to resolve his frustrations like this. In the past he had always been rather open when being jealous about stuff his girlfriend did, but somehow with Yeonju he found it more difficult. In a way perhaps because he wasn’t sure if she had ever experienced the feeling and therefore clearly seemed to be incapable to understand his point of view. To Taeyang it was crystal clear and he thought he had made it more than obvious the familiarity and proximity she shared with Shiro triggered his jealousy... But Yeonju seemed unaware still and only made whatever he was feeling worse. This wasn’t good.
Smiling at the younger girl, he moved aside to let them dance. His eyes didn’t leave his girlfriend; keeping them fixated on her as she moved and interacted so freely with that idiot. In many ways it would’ve been better if he just left. It would help him cool off from all the anger he felt and he would’ve been able to view the situation a whole lot more clearly. But the very thought of leaving her here on her own with that bastard was making his blood boil... And he had promised Mirae he’d wait. Ahh, how had he gotten himself into this? He pondered over that until the music stopped and he yet again felt his anger rise as Shiro approached his girl. Another smile, hand hug,... that interaction. He was ready to start shouting but refrained when Mirae approached him with a smile and told him she’d be right out after her shower... So he followed her out, sinking down on the floor in a nearby hall he’d told her he’d wait. This was better... it was keeping him from shouting at Yeonju and that man; which would’ve inevitably have led to him saying stuff he’d regret. His jealous had never been this bad... Which only proved how much he really did care for the brunette that was still in the practice hall. How to solve this? Jenissi didn’t want to say sorry, and yet he did. In truth he didn’t see any fault in his original behavior. Sure, perhaps he took a few things a bit too far... and his approach wasn’t exactly proper and nice. But he couldn’t help himself. Jealousy was an ugly monster.

Say it || Yeonju x Taeyang
Yeonju didn’t exactly have time to stay focused on the male as she greeted the groups backup dancers as he came into the room. Shiro was louder and more animated now that he had his full group to be coached. He told everyone to stretch again once he saw that everyone was in the room. A shrill voice that called Taeyang’s name made Yeonju attention divert back to the other to see one of their dancers hugging him. Mirae? Yeonju knew her back she had worked with her during the filming of Block B’s Nanrina video. They had gotten along pretty well for the filming but they weren’t exactly friends either. She still within hearing distance of two as she was knelt down repeating the calf stretches Shiro had taught them earlier this week. She attempted to keep her mind off the male and what could possibly be wrong with him or what he had against Shiro at the moment however upon hearing Mirae’s comment on her boyfriend look she felt herself shoot a glare toward them.
Probably due to the situation that had just occurred, that somehow had pissed Yeonju off and she couldn’t help but glare in the male’s and female’s general direction. It wasn’t off for her to hear that comment directed towards him at all but at that moment it annoyed her or maybe it was because of who it was stated by. Looking away just as quick before he notice, only to be greeted by Shiro standing in front of her which surprised her and nearly had her fall over. “You’re doing it wrong, your shoulders are too tense.” His hands came onto her shoulder’s gently pushing them downward which in turn also helped her balance before he let go. “Now turn and roll your shoulders then try again.” Yeonju cooperated with his words and stood rolling out her shoulders before going back down into the full leg stretched position. He was right it felt better, though she also wasn’t pulling her neck to watch the two behind her either “See how that feels and now that will make that move easier.” He stated before he laughed. “You’re quick, this why you’re my favorite girl.” Shiro has ruffled her hair before he started walking back towards the front of the room calling everyone to get into position for next run through. Yeonju cracked a smile as he walked off. She still didn’t get why Taeyang would be jealous Shiro was a weirdo at best.
Getting up and going into position, out of the corner of her eye she could still see Mirae and Taeyang talking, while Mirae was stretching. She huffed and turned her head back and got into her starting pose. Focusing on the choreography was more important than focusing on those two however that didn’t stop it from bothering her.
Taeyang would’ve been ready to go and say a whole lot of stuff he’d regret later on, were it not that Mirae had come in and distracted him. Perhaps this was the better solution than continue on being angry and doing something wrong, since it momentarily distracted him from his annoyance with the choreographer and Yeonju. Her comment, however, did take him off guard and it was one of those hearty laughing sounds that he let out in return to it. “Always so sweet and charming, hu Mirae-ya.” he smiled, gently patting her head. He had no feelings for this girl whatsoever, despite her clear attempts to capture his attention in the past. Sure, she as beautiful, and he couldn’t help but point that out. “You do look rather good yourself too.” he politely returned, but that was that. It was, of course, nice to catch up with her.
The girl moved into stretching positions and continued to blabber on about things she had been doing recently. He was crouching next to her; following her words while he occasionally threw glances at his girlfriend... only to be annoyed again. That dude had approached her again; followed by another ruffle of her hair and that ‘favorite girl’ bullshit he had heard before. Once again, Taeyang felt the blood boil in his veins at the sight. Even if Yeonju didn’t mean anything with it; how could she not see the guy was obviously interested in her? If she wanted to be blind for that or pretend it wasn’t happening; sure. Two could play that game.
“Ya Mirae, would you like to go for a drink with oppa after practice?” he suggested boldly. It wasn’t like he didn’t want to go have a drink with her, but truth was he’d rather spend it with Yeonju. Then again, she probably wouldn’t have time and it was the perfect option to make her feel how it was to see someone else go so clearly for her boyfriend. Then maybe she’d show some understanding from his point of view. “Ahh yes! I’d love to!” Mirae beamed happily and he smiled back as bright as he could before throwing Yeonju a sideway glance. She was listening alright. Deep down he knew it wasn’t the right approach to go at the whole situation, but right now he felt to angered by this Shiro dude and it was definitely clouding his better judgement. So a drink with Mirae it was going to be.
Say it || Yeonju x Taeyang
Yeonju was sort of surprised by the way he returned he question, almost startled especially since he wasn’t returning he hug. Either he had been in a really bad mood before he had came down or he was just exceptionally pissed about something, she couldn’t tell which exactly at the moment. A simple questioning statement left her lips. “What?” She frowned both as she looked at him and saw his expression and how he had moved out of her hold. Was he serious was the question that rattled her mind at that moment. The response made her realize he was serious. She looked at him with a brow rose “Are you talking about Shiro?” Her eyes rolled, she seriously had no clue why he was acting like this about her choreographer of all people.
"I’m sorry you’re in a bad mood but I don’t see what you’re upset about right now." She shot back as quickly as he had shot at her. "He’s just our choreographer and we happen to be friends." Her arms crossed over her chest as she stood in the same position opposite of him, looking back at him with a slightly annoyed expression. If something was wrong, he knew he could just tell her rather than have a fit. The sound of the door opening to the studio took her attention as their background dancers filed in pretty much signalling their shorter break was coming to an end. "I guess we’ll talk later when you’re in a better mood, hmm?" She turned to head back over to the group trying to figure out what could have possibility had set off her boyfriend like that. Blowing it off for the moment knowing she needed to focus, her expression however switching to a smiling one in order to greet the joining group.
Taeyang instantly wished he had approached this whole situation in a different matter, but as his outburst came he knew it was too late anyway. Her surprised ‘what’ only made more things he didn’t really want to say out , come flying out of his mouth and into her face. He knew he’d regret it later on, but it certainly felt good to let it out now. All the frustrations from the days before seemed to be cooped up and now bursting out altogether. “Oh I’m talking about wannabe casanova over there all right!” he snapped; lips a thin line as he glared at the man on the other side of the room. Their exchange was unable to hear to the others, but it was as if Jenissi could feel the tension ripple of him towards them. “It’s about him not acting as if you’re friends! That dude is total-” he started; onlt to be cut of by the sound of the door opening to his right.
Swallowing his words, he saw some familiar faces seep into the room and soon after he heard Yeonju speak again only to walk off. “Whatever.” he grumbled; obviously displeased by her walking of.. and even more disgruntled about the fact that he understood. He couldn’t blame her for keeping things professional; and he almost wished he could be mad about it right now. Sighing deeply; he turned to walk away only to be greeted by a familiar voice calling his name. “Taeyang oppa! I’ve missed you!” she squealed; making Taeyang turn on his heel and be hugged by a girl to his own surprise. He had recognized the voice; Hwan Mirae. She had been a back up dancer for block b in Jenissi’s trainee days and she had helped him a lot on his dancing too. “Aigooo Mirae-ya! Long time no see!” he laughed; pulling away from the hug with a big smile at meeting his old friend. “Woah oppa, it’s as if you’ve gotten even more handsome since debut! Amazing!” “Ah, you think so? Ahh, thanks.” he awkwardly reply, rubbing the nape of his neck. Now this really was bad timing, but he appreciated her nice behaviour. After all, at least someone was giving him attention. Unlike someone else...
Say it || Yeonju x Taeyang
They had spent a while going over the steps and getting in step with the beat before they did a full run through of the dance. Yeonju had been concentrating and going by the steps Shiro was calling out as she watched herself in the mirror in front of her. Coming into the line up part of the dance she had noticed when her boyfriend had opened the door and entered the room. The small thumbs up he gave he as she scurried into her next position. She was really happy to see him but her focus was on the dance at hand. She kept that focus until the music was coming to an end with the run through stopping. Shiro took a moment to go through what each of them had done right and what they need to brush up on. As he came to one part he asked Yeonju to lead by example of steps, because she apparently had them exactly to the style he had imagined. She herself hadn’t noticed this. And the compliment he gave he after followed by him saying this is what he could expect from his favorite girl made her laugh before she told him to stop pushing his shoulder playfully.
With the time that had passed with no break, they were given a few moments since their back up dancers would be joining them after the break. She took advantage of the time to make her way over to her boyfriend. His arms were folded and he looked sort of annoyed but she couldn’t exactly pinpoint what was wrong, maybe something had happened before he came down, she assumed. “Mm, why hello there fancy meeting you here.” She joked upon approaching him, she didn’t exactly hesitate to wrap her arms around his shoulders hugging and look at him with a pouty smile. “Long day?” she asked, in hopes of making him at least laugh at the her choice of expression. “Well more like long week when you really think about it.” She chuckled.
With every passing second Taeyang saw her interact with that idiot; his irritation grew. He really didn't want to be or had planned to be the jealous boyfriend, but his exhaustion and bad mood had caused for him to have a short temper today that didn't combine well with the things he saw in front of him. It was a bothersome thing to see how she acted towards him with such ease. Not that she couldn't talk to other guys or anything; but this; no. Playfully pushing his shoulder, those giggles,... those were all things she had done to him too before and it felt all to familiar to see that happening. If she went to this length in his presence, did he really want to even think about how she behaved when he wasn't around? And by the time she came over to him to greet him, he had reached boiling point.
"Yes, very long. Looks like you aren't too bothered by it, hu?" he started, maintaining his position of the folded arms and not even reciprocating her hug. "But why would you, hmm? Looks like you're more than happy with your company." he added on; face straight and cold as he stepped out of the hug. "Favorite girl?" he rolled his eyes. "Seems like you can do nothing wrong for that dude hu? He's practically drooling all over you." he added on bitterly; almost spitting the words out. Normally he would've taken the time to calm down with his jealousy, but he didn't have time for that now. So inevitable all his frustrations from the past few days were now channelled into this moment.
Say it || Yeonju x Taeyang
Yeonju had been coped up in the practice for a little longer than she had hoped for today but they had finally received a break and she was now wondering around the building. With their upcoming debut just around the corner, she was pumped for getting back to learning new choreograph and new tracks. However it was taking a moment of getting use to long hours of practice. They had just finished the first half of their new choreography they had learned from video and their new choreographer would be joining them after their break to go over the prior steps as well as teach them the new ones.
Although Yeonju was pumped she hadn’t really gotten a chance to chill since things had gotten in full motion of planning for the come back. Her boyfriend she hadn’t seen in a few day considering their schedule had become very conflicting as the the Lunar New Year had ended. They had seen each other in passing but not enough to actually have a moment to talk. Other than that it had mostly been text convos which recently had gotten pretty interesting since they hadn’t seen each other in a while.
Unlocking her phone and reading his response to her last kakao message from earlier, she laughed. For some reason they had been started playing word association off the other members names. Probably having branched off one of their late night conversation at the later hours of the night and had failed to die down because it was so funny.
[kkt→ Solissi♥]: We’re still on Hojoon right. Mm, Bingsoo. Mm, If you get a break today you should come watch your girlfriend fail horribly at our new choreography. All the laugh, twice the fun.
[kkt→ Solissi♥]: Mm, we might end early today. Well actually I’m not sure because we haven’t seen out backup dancers yet, they’re coming later.
Once the two messages had been sent she heard her name being called to come back. Walking back into the room phone still in hand, their choreographer had just arrived back. His name was Shiro or that had been what they had been told to call him. He had come from a dance academy from America that had established a program in Korea. He was her age as they were only a few days apart in age. However, it was weird and funny to watch the how he interacted with the elder member because it was almost awkward once they had let him know how they were older than him, though he was chill with Yeonju and had the easiest time talking to her.
Shiro had grown a liking to calling her his favorite girl over the course of the week as she had entered the room he nearly shouted it causing her to laugh because of his joking matter and pronunciation. It opened up room for them to keep joking around with each other and even build a friendship over the course of the week they had been working together.

Torment, pure torment. They had been putt back into the practice rooms right after their world tour, preparing choreos for new upcoming songs and practising those they had failed on when in America and Brazil. They were only silly, stupid mistakes, but the CEO wanted it all the be perfect... Hence them being in the practice room day by day, by day... and sometimes night. It was driving him insane. And it didn't help on to his mood that he hadn't been able to see his girlfriend for the past few days due to her undergoing the exact treatment as him; practice with a new choreographer even. Logically he was happy at her getting a chance to have a comeback, knowing she'd been dying to have one for months. And in all fairness, it would've been nice to get a break with Toppdogg and just enjoy the pretty sight if EVOL on stage. But nooooo, he was constantly practising himself, leaving him with no time to even watch her learn the new dance.
And because of that, it came as a huge surprise to hear that they were letting of earlier today; their choreo being good today and the manager deciding they needed the break after last night's practice session. Taeyang was exhausted, wanting to sleep and just.. be dead in his bed really. But upon reading the message of his girlfriend, he decided to surprise her instead. Surely she'll be able to get rid of this fool mood of his.
Making his way downstairs to the other practice room; he peeked in and grinned at the sight of his girlfriend dancing. They were really going for it and when he entered; he purposely held up his thumbs to show her she was doing a great job and gestured for her to continue on. Surely she knew better than to come his way too; the rules clearly stated that their relationship was allowed as long as it didn't disrupt their focus on work. So he simply watched her; dance, listen to the choreographer who was apparently some american called Shiro, watched her laugh with him... watch her playfully hit his shoulder as Shiro called her his favorite girl,... excuse you? He felt his blood boil at the exchange he both heard and saw before him with his own eyes. What on earth had been going on all week with these two?
Seeing as a momentarily shorter break was brought in; he stood up straight with his arms folded as she approached him. He wasn't going to let this pass so easily. He had no problem of her being friends with other guys, but their seriously didn't have to be so much touching and giggling involved. Hell no.

VDay || Yeonju & Taeyang
Yeonju grinned as he joked at about he increased skills in chocolate making, and a let out a short laugh when he said she would have to make more. A compliment that would work in his favor because he knew she would make more if he asked. “Twenty more times are you sure you could handle all that chocolate? You’ll get tired of it eventually. Then I’ll back to come up with creative ways to make it taste better or different.” She chimed up, “Oh! Baking even better. That is always fun. You should join me though.” Yeonju gave a firm nod. Watching him eat the chocolate, made her smile because he seemed to be enjoying it a lot. And him smiling was always the best to her. "Ha, they’ll come after you if they find out you did. But you could possibly deserve more chocolate." She smiled sly as she paused there. "But not today." Yeonju leaned back a bit as he tighten his grip around her resting back against him so that she could look at him as he rested his head on her shoulder. "I missed you too a lot, mm it’s one thing with you being busy, it’s another with you being gone." She paused and tilted her head against his. "It makes me think about you more."
"I can handle a lot of chocolate." he decided with a firm nod of his head. "Just not... twenty times right after each other hu?" he added with a low chuckle before he took another chocolate to munch on. They really were good. "B-baking? me?" he sighed, giving her a sheepishly smile. "I... I can't really cook that great.." he added on, knowing very well how she was aware of his poor cooking skills.
"Let them come after me. I still win." he grinned mischievously. Of course he wouldn't actually do that, but it was fun to at least consider it for a moment. Then again, if she really decided to make more chocolate for him, he'd have all the chocolate he'd ever wanted... and her. At that realization, he just wanted to stare at her for a bit and tell her he missed her. "I know... The hour difference doesn't really help either. That's what makes it even more annoying in all honesty." he added with a deep sigh; moving to kiss the cheek softly. "But I'm here now, and I'll be back in a week and a half again. and then you'll have me all to yourself."
Yeonju was thinking of how to say what she wanted to say. However at the moment she was blank and deciding that he was probably busy right now she came around to think that it probably just better to just do it.
Picking up her phone an holding to her lips she pressed the record button displayed on kakao app, speaking into the mic on her phone.
I said I was going to write a rap, but it became a song. A little more than 16 bars but it ain’t too long. Just want to let you know how much you mean to me and so I wrote something quick because me being cheesy is embarrassing. And now that I think of it I’m bad at it. Since I have tendency to get random really quick. I couldn’t seem to get all I wanted to say into it. Sweet like the stars of the night sky, the one I want to see when I cant fall sleep at night, hearing your voice is so soothing to me. Do you know how glad I am to have you with me? So, happy one month anniversary and many more to come. To my wonderful Solissi, with hearts and sarang.
Ah, soo embarrassing…. op I’m still recording…. Ah, I love you, say youuuu~
She quickly let go of the button and watch the message send with the small play sign and the yellow 1 beside it. Hopefully he wouldn’t notice or listen to it or play but she knew he would. And even at the thought of him hearing what she said she was turning red.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Taeyang hadn't really thought about today yet. Sure, it had been on his mind the days before, but given the fact he just woke up; it was something that had yet to slip into his head. But it was the buzz of his kakao app that had his eyes pop open and curiously stare at the device on his nightstand. There was only one person who knew the exact time he'd be waking up today, especially since it was so early. Yeonju. The thought of his girlfriend had a huge grin spread over his sleepy face; arm reaching out the grab his cellphone and open the message... which was, to his own surprise, a voice message.
Her sweet voice filled his bedroom; an even bigger smile coming onto his lips. Ah god, she really was too cute. The sweet words sparked the butterflies inside of him as he contently laid back on his pillow and played it again and again and again... before he clicked the record button himself and spoke with his sleepy; husky voice. He planned on being as cheesy as she was, but slightly different.

Yeonju couldn’t help but laugh in agreement, they were being cheesy. It never ceased to amuse her that they could be like this then laugh at themselves about it right after. Especially him since he wasn’t one to make those type of comments often but it was amazing to see this side of him now. Even if it did result in a what am i doing face or two following a comment, she admired that part of the affection especially. Mesmerized and enjoying the feeling of his lips once again she wasn’t so much worried about the bear as he pulled her close to him, She honestly could have let it fall because her focus was completely on the feeling that her boyfriend was giving her.
The words as well as the warm look that followed once again made her heart beat a bit faster. She was almost sure in any other situation she would have been bright red but it was so comforting but different and how to explain even in her head, and internally she was probably smiling that she could even convey.
As he let her move back in his arms just enough to take his gift she smiled and shook her head at his comment following him back to the couch. As she sat in his lap once again she rolled her eyes playfully, “You’re funny, mister. You know exactly how they’ll taste.” The word came out as a chuckle as he brought the chocolate to her lips. Taking from him with her lips she smirked slightly. Taking a bite before she attempted to respond, “So that means they are good, hmm? One step closer to becoming a master chocolatier right?” Yeonju couldnt help but laugh at herself, with that remark.
It was more than obvious that Jenissi was rather willing to be super cheesy with Yeonju for as long as it was just the two of them. In any public setting or with other people around he was sure both of them wouldn't feel up to acting like that at all. It was something they only had when alone with each other; a silly sort of behavior that was only for the other. Sure, it had the two of them cringe frequently, but it made him smile nonetheless. And now was no different, as he led her to the couch after their sweet kiss. In all truth, he could keep on kissing her for hours and hours after that. But he knew they had to make the most of this short day they had for now. Once he was truly back from his tour, Jenissi promised himself to devote an entire day to kissing her non-stop... if she let him.
"Maybe you suddenly became even better at making chocolate." he joked; giving her a cheeky grin before he tapped her nose with the tip of his finger. Quickly he popped a chocolate in his mouth and bit into it. He had been right, they were pretty good. "One tiiiiny little step yeah. I think you'll have to make me more chocolates.. like... at least 20 more times. Yeah that seems about right." he grinned; certainly liking the idea of receive candy from her more often. "Either that or any other kind of sweets." he added on, quickly wiggling his eyebrows at her. He didn't hesitate to eat even more of it; moaning softly at the taste. "Ahhh, I should steal the other boys' chocolate too. I mean, I am your boyfriend after all. I do deserve it more." he smirked happily, unconsciously tightening his hold on her as he rested his face on her shoulder. He then fell into silence for a bit; staring at her with his dark eyes. "You know... I really did miss you."

Yeonju had peeked her eyes open just in time to see her boyfriend smile at her. That same smile made her a bit less nervous than she had been before she had shown him the gift. She couldn’t help but smile herself as she opened her eyes once again. The feeling of his hand resting on her cheek and him coming closer just inches away from her before she heard his words in the soft whisper. A feeling of warmth spread within her making her heart flutter at the same time. The feeling of his lips against her own as the tender kiss, eyes falling closed, only added to the pleasant feeling. She could have almost dropped the gift but at the same time she was slightly holding onto to it more to keep herself from doing as such.
It was something about how he had said it that made her so happy. She could not actually pinpoint what; but there she was again melting into the affection of his kiss. If the day had been full of surprised, but it was even just moments like these that she was so thankful for him. A slightly break in the tender kiss allowed her for her rest her forehead against his, a soft breath escaping her lips, as she whispered, “I hope you enjoy your chocolate maybe it will just as sweet as my boyfriend is”. She smiled, nuzzling his nose slightly before she spoke again. She leaned back slightly as her eyes met his, she couldn’t be more happy in this moment as she was now, “I love you.”
Her lips coming against his once more in a soft, loving kiss as she closed the distance between them once again.
It wasn't necessarily the gift that made him feel al fuzzy inside, more so the thought that she had put into it. The references to his mixtape mostly and that the way she was so doubtful about it. How could she ever think he wouldn't like this? It was the perfect gift for him; and with his words he wanted to let her know how much he appreciated it. He had told her he liked her plenty of times, but this time those words came out and he really couldn't stop them. Luckily, the way she kissed him back was enough of an answer to him; to let him know he hadn't gone too far too soon. Something he always feared when saying that four letter word.
"I bet it'll be even sweeter, like my girlfriend." he grinned, only to make a face right after. "Ahh so mushy tho." he couldn't help but chuckle at their exchange, but the warm look he still had in his eyes; how they almost sparkled with stars that expressed his love for her, made it clear he did enjoy it anyway. Kissing her again, he pulled her closer in such a way that the bear wouldn't drop and hung steadily between the two of them but he still had her close to him. And he kept her there for a while, their kiss feeling even more special because of the words they had said to each other.
Until eventually he moved to take the gift from her hands and grin. "Let's see how good this stuff is." he smirked, taking her hand with his free one and leading her back to the couch and onto his lap as he tried to be grab a chocolate. "They better be good or I'll be dumping you." he joked, nudging her with his elbow before he offered to put a chocolate in her mouth right after he had done the same with himself. "I approve it so far."

She continued to hide the bear behind her only to move as he moved. “I don’t know what is, what are you talking about.” She smiled and tried to turn to use to wall to help the fact she was hiding something. “I mean why would I be hiding anything?” Yeonju put on an innocent smile and tilted her head. She hadn’t receive though about how to present the chocolates to the male because she hadn’t expected to see him on Valentine’s Day at all. Yes, she had focused making the chocolates because it was tradition but the small with the bag she was hiding now was more of at stretch because she was thought about it in a artistic sense rather than a conventional sense of what the male might like exactly.
The bear that was carrying the chocolates was wearing a black t-shirt that said Stop and Play across it in a smooth metallic pattern much like the cross on his mixtape. A small post-it note in the shape of an envelope in its hand that read letter and each of the chocolates had the word love written on them. It was a bit much but she wanted to do something that stood out if even by a bit. It was cute probably overly cute and him being here now made her even nervous to let him see it. In her mind, she had had another week or two whether to decide to give it to him over not but his surprise brought her into the realize it didn’t really matter now, he was going to find it.
"I mean you don’t want it anyways do you." She tried to laugh it off with him. "It’s only freshly made homemade chocolate, the same one’s that only come to you once a year." Yeonju let the small bear peek from behind her before hiding it again and then side stepping to where she wasn’t against the wall anymore before turning herself and pulling the bear to her chest thinking about if not trying to make a run for the main room once again. But he obviously knew her all too well and stopped her before she even had a chance to wiggle out of his hold and turned her to face him once again.
Her eyes were closed because she was trying to be embarrassed by her own idea but she peeked just as he looked down. She was going to start blushing out of embarrassment she knew it including from trying to hide the gift. A chocolate probably had fell in the process too. Closing her eyes again, she pretended like he hadn’t seen it and spoke carefully. “Happy Valentine’s Day?”
He wouldn't be fooled by her faked innocence; a big grin creeping up his face as he tried to reach behind her and she attempted to squirm away from him. "Come here, you sneaky little bastard." he laughed; grabbing her waist and pulling her to him so he could look over her shoulders. But gone she was again. "But I do want it!" he protested, laughter escaping his lips as he saw her continue to fight him. Whatever it was about that chocolate her behaviour was making his curiosity grow even more to the point of him being super excited to open it by the time she made an escape for the door. Having expected it; he grabbed to his side and pulling her into a backhug. "What does my pretty lady have for me?" he cooed ever so sweetly as he pressed a small kiss to her neck; hoping that perhaps that would work to sway her into giving it to him.
Right after he felt her turn in his grasp: her eyes closed and clutching an adorable bear to her chest. 'Stop and play'. A huge smile came onto his lips;, and he was sure he would've smiled even more wide if he would've been able too. A certain warmth spread across his chest at the sight of how much times 'love' was on that gift of hers; and the moment she looked back at him to say Happy Valentine's Day; he knew what he wanted to say back to her.
Placing one hand on her cheek and moving to have his face inches from hers: he smiled. "God, I love you." he whispered softly, only to lovingly press his lips to her in a tender kiss.
