The quickiest way to recieve love is to give.
Never push love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find time.
Never make someone a priority when you are only an option to them.
hello everyone!!!!

Poor sleeping habits is caused by going to bed early than you usually do or even going to bed when your too tires. Mostly the caused of these said issue is stress whether from work nor in doing school projects. I choose this issue because it is one of the common problems to students or to any other employees.
If you are suffering from this issue you need to create a relaxing bedtime routine. Just like reading books while you in bed or taking a bath before you are going to bed. Mostly poor sleeping habit were experience from those who are too busy enough from their work especially to those individuals who were perfectionists.
This could effect your performance through out the day. Hence we need to do something about this issue and that it could not be solve easily. Poor sleeping habit is commonly one of the caused of depression.
SLEEP for a better health
Sleeping disorder is one of the problem of students in entering school. This means that the student has a difficulty in falling asleep or affect the ability to sleep well on a regular basis. Sleep disorder can affect your overall health, safety and quality of life. And as a student it is important that you have to maintain your sleep to participate in school properly.
It is important to participate in school to attain a high grade but how can you get high grades if you have lack of sleep. There are many side effects if you don’t have a proper sleep. It can affect your health, you can get low scores, you can’t participate properly, you’re always sleeping inside the room and many more. And this problem must be stop.
Sleeping can make us feel relax and energized. We gain more energy if we”ll get enough rest. And as a student we need to have 8 hours of sleep for us to be active not just in school but also in other activities. Don’t forget to rest and sleep for us to be healthy.
<3good
Most students probably know that depriving themselves from sleep is bad, but nonetheless they’re willing to sacrifice sleep and as a consequence, health, telling themselves it’s just for a short time and they can soon start sleeping 12-hours a day once the semester draws to a close.
Sleep may be one of the most important factors for student success and often one of the most neglected. Many students will sacrifice sleep in order to work, play, or get school projects completed. However, although most people think they can function well when they don‟t get sleep, the truth is they cannot. Sleep is extremely important for ones mental and physical health. Even though enough sleep is necessary for cognitive function and memory consolidation, it did not seem to have any effect on the academic performance contrary to what other studies have shown.
So, avoid using your phone right before bed as it can negatively affect your sleep. Also, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day to avoid messing up your body’s internal clock.Avoid sleeping during the day to make up for lack of sleep at night, since this means less exposure to natural light which is important for good sleep.
okay good
Adequate sleep optimally impacts mental functioning and therefore impacts students’ performance on examinations and ultimately grades received. According to some experts getting into bed between 8 pm to 12 pm will get you adequate sleep including both restorative and dream rich sleep. Strongest sleepdrive is between 2 am to 4 am, so make sure you are asleep at this time. Going to bed too late may affect the quality of your sleep.
Lack of Sleep Can Affect Student’s Performance in School, it can make can make the students cranky, but what other problems can it cause? … lapse into sleep-like brainwavepatterns, which is why tired kids space out during class.
After several sleepless nights, the mental effects become more serious. Your brain will fog, making it difficult to concentrate and make decisions. You’ll start to feel down, and may fall asleep during the day. Your risk of injury and accidents at home, work and on the road also increases.

SLEEP DEPRIVATION Â Â Â Sleep deprivation occurs when an individual gets less sleep than they need to feel awake and alert. There is no questioning the importance of restorative sleep, and a certain amount of attention is necessary to both manage and prevent sleep deprivation. Ongoing lack of sleep can lead to excessive daytime sleepiness, emotional difficulties, poor job performance, obesity and a lowered perception of quality of life. Â Â Â Some groups of people may consider sleep as wasted time and purposely deprive themselves of sleep to pursue other things such as entertainment, educational goals, or money-making pursuits. This intentional sleep deprivation is most likely to be seen in teenagers and young adults. Others may unintentionally not get enough sleep because of shift work, family obligations, or demanding jobs. In addition, causes of sleep deprivation include medical problems such as depression, obstructive sleep neap, hormone imbalances, and other chronic illnesses. Â Â Â Treatment is only required when a person physically cannot get to sleep, due to either physical or psychological difficulties.A therapist or sleep specialist will be able to offer guidance and coping techniques for reaching a restful state and sleeping. Just give yourself a rest, prevention is better than cure.
