She smiled and hummed with the music “I love weather like this” she randomly stated trying so the only thing making noise wasn’t the radio….
“Mhm, I like it better from being in a house, though,” Jordan mused, “Driving and walking in it is kind of shitty. It’s nice for movies, though.”

She nodded, taking a hair tie and putting her hair up in a damp, messy bun. “Yep!” She smiled turning the volume up on the radio just a little bit
“Okay, sounds good!” Jordan said, smiling, pulling out of the parking lot. He smiled when she turned the radio up, enjoying the moment.

“No, it’s fine” she smiled as he set her down, she hopped into the car closing the door behind her. Clicking the seat belt has he got in.
Jordan got in as well, buckling up and turning it on, cranking the heat. “So your place first, then the coffee shop!”
Yeah, people can be dicks. But your moms had gay friends, they’re all friends with the people my parents are friends with. Yeah, I guess. At least you’ve figured it out now, right? That’s good? If you really want to know, ask Stace about it. Again, not my story to tell. My mom would probably murder me if she knew I was telling people.
Unfortunately. Well yeah, but that’s their friends, not mine. I grew up around it obviously, and then I was thrown into school and that was the minority. Yeah, I’m rather happy and comfortable with it now; it just took me a bit to be. I guess. It involves her? I’m not sure I should. Well, why are you telling me then?
Yeah, school would be a bit of a shock to the system when your so used to how your life runs. That's good that you are not. It does, yeah. I'm not telling you, I'm advising you to stay away from him. I'm not telling you the reasoning behind that advice.

"Rains not too bad?" He laughed, arriving at his car and setting her down next to the passenger seat. He opened her door for her before going a round to get in his side.
It wasn’t so much their reaction that I was afraid of, it was everyone else’s. It might’ve been stupid, but I was. Not necessarily, I can’t say I had many friends that had parents of the same sex. So while it was normal to me, at the same time it wasn’t, if that makes sense. I don’t know… For some maybe, but I almost always knew I only liked girls, I just forced it with guys, which didn’t work. At all. Well that’s not cryptic or anything.

She smiled placing her hands on his shoulders using them as leverage and jumped on, wrapping her legs around his waist.
Jordan lifted her easily, heading towards his car. “How’s the weather up there?” he teased.
I do. I grew up with two mothers and I was even afraid to admit it, so that should tell you something. I’m sorry, I’m sure it’s not easy. It’s alright. Um, I don’t know I think I was pretty young. I knew by the time I was in middle school, but I tried to convince myself that I liked guys too. It wasn’t until I started high school that I came to terms with it. You know, you’re making it very hard for me to not ask why I shouldn’t be.
Yeah, I guess. That’s just weird to me, being afraid when your mom’s are gay. Like, you would think you would assume that’s just how it is, wouldn’t you? Why would you do that? Wouldn’t that just be more confusing, like guys and girls? It’s not a fun story, also not my story to tell.
I’m sure it was brought up at one point or another. Maybe, maybe not. I can’t speak for her, I don’t know her all that well, but for me, it was a fear thing. You go through a lot of internal debating with yourself over it. You mean a girl you were with? Well, I can’t fully blame you there. But you can’t always help who you like, still that’s not good but y'know. Okay, okay, I’ll be careful if I’m ever around him.
Well, I just don’t see why she would be afraid. Yeah, her. I know, it’s just shitty. Sorry I keep bringing it up. When did you figure all that out about yourself? Good, good. Just try not to be around him.
More so than usual. Plus he has like what, two shows of his own? So it could’ve been mentioned on those as well. Then you don’t want to know. It’s…complicated. Having an accepting family does help, but I wouldn’t say it makes it a whole lot easier, it’s still scary. Even if you have them, that doesn’t mean your friends will accept you, and even though many advances have been made, many people still don’t approve of it. I do have two moms, so I’ve seen them on the receiving end of unnecessary hate, just because of who they love. I guess I was afraid of that. It shouldn’t matter, but when you’re young and first figuring that out, it scares you. Fair enough.
Yeah, they probably advertised it on those a lot. So it involves ruining her phone? I guess... Still, it seemed pretty damn sudden. She should have known everyone would accept her. Like yeah, it’s weird, but it’s not like it’s a big deal. So what if she likes girls? Just wish her taste in girls were different, is all. I guess that can be scary, yeah. When I say he’s not a good guy, I mean it. Not just stupid stuff. He’s really not a good guy.

She let out a laugh “sure” she smiled
Jordan turned around, kneeling down so he was at the height for her to jump on.

She nodded “yeah, I’m sure I can find something of my brothers you can barrow as well if you want” she smiled.
“Sounds perfect,” Jordan let out, “Want a piggy back ride to the car?”

She laughed looking up at the Gray sky then back down to Jordan “yeah, maybe that be best” she said with a little laugh. “How about some coffee?” She shivered a bit “I could go for something warm”
“We can stop by your house first if you wanna get dry clothes,” Jordan smiled, “I drove here.”

Juliet nodded “yeah, that’s correct”
Jordan nodded. “Okay,” he let out, “Just wanted to check. That’s cool.” Looking to her, he brushed some of her hair out of her face, that was sopping wet due to the rain. “We should probably head somewhere with a roof.”

She smiled softly “maybe” she let out a soft laugh “I really missed you too.
“I’m glad,” Jordan let out, his hands going back around her waist, pulling her closer. Her planted a kiss on her forehead, sighing happily. “So... You like guys and girls now, then?” he let out, wanting to clarify, knowing he was a bit confused since Juliet and Stacey dated.
Or Steve Harvey fans, I thought about watching it just because he’s funny, but then I forgot about it. Would you want to buy her a new phone? It’s better to stay positive with that stuff, that’s one thing I’ve learned. I could be wrong here, everyone’s different, but my bet is she was trying to convince herself that she wasn’t gay. I did the same thing for a while. Once you admit it, you get a lot of judgement. The girlfriend thing, I don’t know what to say about that. Why’s that?
It was smart of them to get a host like that because it probably drew a lot more people in. No, I wouldn’t. That’s good. Well, I don’t see why. Our parents have always been open about that stuff. Our Uncle Kory is gay, and our Uncle Tyler, and our Uncle Joey. Why’d you do it? Don’t you have two moms? Yeah, that’s alright, I don’t really either. Because he’s not a good guy.

I didn’t want Stacey to know was because once I admitted to you guys then they’d be Real and I didn’t want that.” She sighed Juliet wasn’t lying, her feelings for Jordan never went away she just kind of compressed them, until recently and for some reason all of her feelings were pointing to Jordan. “For some reason recently I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you, even when I tried not to I still did…”
Jordan rubbed his thumb softly against Juliet’s cheek as he listened, nodding his head. “Maybe it’s a sign,” he let out, smiling, “I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you either, you know. I really missed you...”
