Someone would have to be on Hell duty if Gogeta was busy treating himself.

I should make a supervillain verse for Roxie... Full!Space Pirate, she never gave herself up after destroying Shamo and Todokama. Went on to do Bojack things, with a band of renegade space faring assholes collecting loot and snapping necks for the lulz. Probably working for Frost, or trying to fucking replace him, cause he’s a smarmy cheater and what not...

is roxmerry stronger than goku?

Physically stronger? Yes. She’s stronger than everyone that’s the whole concept of her character, really. (I maxed out her physical attack stat in XV2 so I can one-shot most enemies) She’s stronger than everyone, punch the shit out of anyone and everyone that gets in her way. She bullies Broly for fun.

The question you oughta be asking is, would she BEAT Goku in a fight? Which is a big NO. She might get the jump on him and beat him down for a few minutes (seconds? the last 5 minutes of the ToP took 5 episodes… namek will explode in 5 minutes- Time is fucky in DBZ.)  but eventually, Goku will do that ‘Ehehehe, I guess I underestimated you. Time to get SERIOUS’ thing, go BLUE and then beat her into a state of submission. 

He’d have to use Blue to beat her, she’s infinitely stronger than SSJ1-3 and SSG is soft anyway. If there were no ki blasts, and it was straight martial combat, the fight would go on for quite some time before Roxmerry eventually just dropped from exhaustion, or- I dunno, probably a broken neck?

I’ll put it to you like this: Roxie is PHYSICALLY strong enough to shatter entire celestial bodies with her hands alone. This is a wildly impractical level of strength, frankly an OP level of physical strength. She’s got the One-For-All in her, and she goes Plus Ultra every single day. She’s got that fist of the north star, baby. Uh… She stronk. That’s the answer.
