I enjoy controlled loneliness. I like wandering around the city alone. I’m not afraid of coming back to an empty flat and lying down in an empty bed. I’m afraid of having no one to miss, of having no one to love.

“Ye are Blood of my Blood, and Bone of my Bone. I give ye my Body, that we Two might be One. I give ye my Spirit, ‘til our Life shall be Done.”
I need that !
There’s a man called The Doctor. He lives on a cloud in the sky. And all he does, all day every day, is to stop all the children in the world ever having bad dreams.
I just heard this woman say “you procrastinate because you are afraid of rejection. It’s a defense mechanism, you are trying to protect yourself without even trying.” and I think I just realized what was wrong with me.
Yep, this is a very, very common reason for procrastinating. It’s also why procrastination, even though it’s often associated with laziness, is a fairly common trait in a lot of people with anxiety and perfectionism issues.

A serial killer prowls the streets of a city. She’s so notorious that people shudder at the sound of her name. She’s finally caught and sent to one of the most brutal prison camps to repent for her crimes. Hallelujah, right?
For some ungodly reason, the serial killer is given a chance at freedom, because the ruler of the country is looking for champion to do his dirty work. A rebellious son decides that a serial killer is a perfect candidate to compete for such a post, also a way to stick it to his mean father.
His bodyguard isn’t too pleased but does as he’s told. But soon they find out that while she maybe a serial killer, she’s also has a tragic back story, dogs love her, oh and she loves to read! Aw! She actually has a heart of gold. So, they both fall in love with her. Maybe they’re distracted by the monster eating the other contestants… we’re not sure why this plotline is even here.
Now you know what Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas is all about.

Tears aren’t just for babies. They’re proof that you feel something and aren’t afraid to show it. It’s those that won’t ever allow themselves to cry that are the weak ones.
