there’s another video where Declan explains it. Someone said to Joe they will stay in the Sauner for longer and Joe said no I will and stayed in for much longer and Declan was praising joes mentality

did you see in the latest england iniside training video where declan is in the gym with joe and says "after seeing this man in the sauna last night, he is capable of anything" i wonder what he means??

I just watched it back! As they're lifting weights at the time I assume it's a reference to how big & muscular Joey is and his ability to lift huge weights. All I can say is lucky Declan, I think we'd all kill to see what he saw in that sauna!
