My favorite band @switchfoot just released their new album today. It’s really cool to have a band you’ve been listening to since high school releasing new music in your adulthood and it still hitting in new ways. I’ve actually been listening to the record for a few weeks now and “Natural Causes” has been an eerily on the nose soundtrack for a recent friendship collapse that’s definitely broken my heart. Here’s something different. I’ve been wanting to draw this one for a few years now. DuckTales was one of my favorites growing up and now it’s a comfort show to revisit, so I literally took a photo of this shot in the last episode of the pilot and just kept it among images I wanted to eventually draw. I just got @strathmoreart’s blue-toned paper and this is the first piece I drew on it. Freehand colored pencil. Hope you guys dig it.
