(Hilapweja is the planet where most of my OCs live)
So uh... the magical transformations.
In that world there are people with magic powers. The gods grant particles of their powers to newborn human babies. The kids however are starting to be able to use those properly just around puberty to prevent them from killing themselves with magic right at the beginning.
People can use their magic all they want but there's a safety feature that doesn't let them use it too much so they won't damage their bodies and minds. If they want to remove that safety lock they can go into a magical transformation mode like all them anime magical princesses. Each person gets a customised costume and wings when they transform. They can look different every time even if it's still the same fairy form.
There's infinite amount of forms available because every person can rename or create their transformations if their magic and minds are strong enough. Although most people use the default form Hilapweja's Gift, created by the goddess of life Hila.
And here's the list of transformation forms I already got in that world:
Paths (forms that have more than one level of strength):
🌈Hilapweja's Path - based on Hilapweja's Gift, default setting when someone gets their power from gods as a newborn, consists of 20 levels with all of them having very similar names; there's no additional benefits besides the strength of magic gradually growing while a person ages.
⚗️Elemental Path - it's made of 120 levels, to get each one a person needs to climb on top of the Chemical Mountain and solve a puzzle which will tell what sacrifice is required to earn the next level; every level gives a small power boost when surrounded with certain chemical elements, also if you don't earn another level for over a month you lose your entire magic forever.
🍎Basic Path - consists of 3 main levels (Base, Higher Base and Highest Base), between the second and third there's many random unknown forms that can be earned by finding a certain building or creature; this path is strongly attached to items and living beings, Base can be gotten by drinking a special potion that lets a previously powerless human gain a very weak magic form, it can be strengthened by using it a lot or by being magically charged by a stronger person; there's a possibility to convert from Higher Base directly to Hilapweja's Gift by becoming a citizen of the planet Hilapweja.
⌚Zero - the form available only to a person wearing the Watch of Events, the transformation corrupts and severely tones down the magic of the user for the time of wearing the watch, the item itself allows for a very specific type of time travel (you can snatch items from the Past or Future without affecting the time).
☕Stuatuetauyu - triples the strength of person's magic but slowly turns them into statue of a coffee goose/duck while simultaneously slowly freeing the previous person who got turned, it's impossible to bring the duckified person back to human form, also everyone who is near the statue rapidly loses sanity and wants to constantly use magic.
🌿Amazonna - a gift from nature, earned after a person helped living beings in any way, each biome on each planet has its own version of it; this transformation tells the nearby nature to always help the person with whatever they need.
💍Veritum - form available for a person who's wearing the Undaringstand, it lets the user focus on all existing truths and details, deeply understanding them; it can be quite overwhelming and most people are constantly crying during the time of wearing that ring.
💝Indaljam - tied to the temple of peace Indaljam, created by the most important of my OCs (princess Inda), this form is all about peace and preventing violence, attacks and other harmful spells are disabled.
🌀Portaletia - granted upon the first use of Portaliser (a teleporting build capable of instant transport between planets, on Earth there is one in Antarctica and there might be more on other continents); this form removes all magic powers in exchange for the ability to instantly teleport between planets, the user gains a persistent sparkly trail behind their back.
Granted by gods or other sentient, magical beings:
🎁Gift - tiniest amount of magic that's possible to be granted, the transformation doesn't produce wings and doesn't change the appearance of a person, it only gives a small boost of energy when close to the magic that specific Gift was based on.
⭐Veya - biggest amount of magic a regular human can handle, this transformation basically turns a person into a demigod, it's about 1% of Veyaja's strength.
🌟Veyaja - the power of gods, born from the primary essence of the universe, that essence is called Fi; absolute control over a unique element (each deity has their own element that belongs only to them, it's not possible to have more than two identical Veyajas in this world).
🎲Quasareese - created by the goddess of hatred Nediv who wanted to destroy the universe using a sentient galaxy, the said galaxy was capable of stealing magical powers and "reselling" them in exchange for new sacrificed parts of human minds; this form is technically stronger than Veya which caused most people to die right after getting the new power which just fed the Quasar more and more.
Randomly gained by doing things or thinking in a certain way, forms of unknown origins:
👁️Awake - usually caused by trauma or prolonged exposure to strong emotions, it may be closely related to the form Veritum because it gives almost the same benefits.
🛩️Icarus' Wing - probably broken transformation form, focused on flying and air but betraying the user by removing the wings when they don't touch the ground anymore.
💎Perfekt - one of the strongest transformations, allowing for continuous using of magic without getting tired; the only known requirement to get it is being a perfect person but there were multiple people with it that weren't seen as perfect by society.
Personal, self-created forms:
🧊CatKinesis - the form of the character Gatoreina. It turns her into a furry.
💥Bombayja - the form belonging to the character Bayja. It enhances her energy magic and morphs it into explosions.
There surely are many other transformation forms in this world but these are all I've discovered till now.
