Johnny held his tasting glass up to the light like he had any idea what he was looking for. He swirled it, sniffed it, made a face he definitely didn’t need to make, then noticed Chris drifting over. “Oh thank god, Pontius. I was two seconds away from pretending I taste ‘notes of oak’ just to survive this.” He leaned in, lowering his voice like they were committing a crime. “If I start giggling, it’s because these pours are way bigger than they look.” He clinked his glass lightly against Chris’s. “Ready to get classy in the least classy way possible?” // @chrisotrpontius
I'd say so. I wanna say that I was kidding about calling myself supermom but to be honest? All moms are superheroes. Trust me, I ended this one with icing things as well but it was a lot more fun this time around than my normal workouts tend to be. You're right. That's a good way of looking at it. Do you still do your own stunts?
Hey, if you wanna call yourself supermom, you’ve earned it. Moms are superheroes, no debate. I’ve seen stunt performers break bones and keep going, but nothing compares to a mom running on three hours of sleep and sheer willpower. That’s a different breed of strength. And icing things? Yeah, that sounds about right. I swear half my career has been me sitting somewhere with an ice pack wondering how the hell I’m still alive. At least your version comes with fun music and flying around instead of me getting launched off a roof. Do I still do my own stunts? Mostly. I pick my battles now. I’m not twenty anymore, my bones file complaints. But I still get the itch. If something looks stupid enough, dangerous enough, or like it’ll make my kids roll their eyes at me… yeah, I’m probably doing it.
I don't know how you do what you do, honestly. Climbing the walls feels about where I'm at, but I know better to leave that to you, literally. How do you cope with your kids?
Buddy, if you’re climbing the walls, you’re already halfway to my job description. You just need a helmet and a waiver. As for the kids? Man… you don’t cope with them. You survive them. You adapt. You accept that they’re tiny agents of chaos who will absolutely humble you at every opportunity. I’ve been thrown off buildings, hit with shopping carts, launched into the air, none of that compares to trying to get a toddler to eat something that isn’t beige. But they’re the best part of my day, even when they’re driving me insane. You figure it out. You learn to laugh. You learn to let the house be loud. And you keep reminding yourself that one day they’ll be grown and you’ll miss the madness. Also, pro tip: noise‑canceling headphones. Absolute lifesaver.

I decided to try a different type of workout and it's one of the best things I've ever discovered. It's a bungee workout and it literally feels like you're flying with the most epic music in the background. I wanna take all my girls and make it a girls night, it's the most fun workout I've ever done. Feel free to call me supermom because I sure feel like it. @otrrpstarters
That is insane in the best way. A bungee workout? You’re out here flying around like some superhero with a soundtrack. Meanwhile I’m over here getting thrown off things for a living, and somehow you sound like the one having more fun. Call yourself supermom all you want, you earned it. Anyone who can wrangle kids and crush a workout is next‑level. I’m honestly jealous. My workouts usually end with me limping or icing something. Take your girls, make it a whole event. You deserve every second of feeling like you’re flying.
Man, I get it. Being stuck in the house feels like slow death by boredom. But hey, I’m not exactly living the quiet life either. Between Fear Factor and the new Jackass movie, every time I leave my house someone’s trying to throw me off something. But being cooped up sucks no matter who you are. You’re used to moving, creating, doing. Sitting still feels wrong. You’ll get back out there soon enough, man. Just don’t start climbing the walls yet. That’s my job.
